Cons (-) I almost fell three times standing in the bath tub. The tub has sides that narrows the inside standing area. I would recommend a safety bar. Operating the window A/C was a hassle. No directions and lots of buttons not readily identified. The unit was also placed in the far corner of the room next to where the closet rack is located to hang clothes... thus reducing air flow to the room when clothes...
