Great internet for free, very basic accomodation but great price

Dudelange city is really small and you don't have many locations to go out at night.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the village center or 10 min to the Thermal Centre. Free access to the Casino itself, which I enjoyed even though I'm not much of a gambler. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed and armed chairs. The continental breakfast was fine, with good service. The entire hotel was very well maintained and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The bus that connects the village and Luxembourg City stops right in front of the Casino complex.

The cigarette smoke from the game rooms managed to seep into my room, which could be bothersome for those who are allergic to smoke. When I was there, the Casino building was being renovated and extended, making the area outside a bit messy, but the noise effect was surprisingly low, so it didn't bother me.

The Casino was a pleasant surprise to us. It is is the most comfortable and fairly up to date casino we have experienced in Europe. Nice, friendly staff in a casual environment. Not many card games, but lots of slots to choose from. The hotel room was large and clean. The buffet for Euro 21.50 including all the wine you wanted was a bargain. Great choices. Breakfast was nice and the wait staff very friendly. We intend to do this get away frequently as it is only an hours drive from our house.

The hotel was wonderful with free parking. The Casino does need to upgrade its slots so that they are coin free.

had a lovely time staying at this hotel.had spent my frist night in the hilton just up the road and the alvisse parc hotel was so so much better on all things eg the cost of food & drink was so much cheaper,the staff were much more helpfull and the whole style of the hotel was much better than the hilton that cost for one night the same as our whole 3 days at the alvisse parc .we were there for the world cup of food(so we know the bussness well)its on again in 4yrs so it will be this hotel we will be staying at

All of your staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful. There was also plenty of free car parking. Only ten minutes from the city centre by car. You have a bus service just outside the hotel. Dining room and waiting staff are excellent. The food was adequately cooked but a little slow arriving.

Your hotel is generally very good although parts of the interior were showing their age

I had Flemish asparagus in your restaurant and it may be the best prepared asparagus I have ever eaten. The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus very convenient. Hotel excellent value - would stay there again and would highly recommend.

We had to take cab to airport because hotel van was busy.

The room was big (much bigger than I even hoped) and the king sized bed was AWESOME! Room was also very quiet, which means the walls were sufficiently thick.

The room was sterile. The bathroom was large, but there was no method or madness to the space itself. The TVs were old and need to be updated (the one in the bedroom didn't work; thankfully the one in the living room did).

It is the best hotel in Luxembourg, a bit less central than the Royal but close nevertheless and newer/nicer.

The room was outstanding. Lots of nice amenities and attention to details (bathrobes, coffeemaker, flower, L'Occitane soaps, excellent shower) and the design was spacious, original, funky and modern yet warm and comfortable.

Wifi should be included. Shower leaked out onto the floor due to design flaw/bad seal. No easy garage access. Room should have radio alarm clock with iPod plugin.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Perfectly located near the center of town.

The reception area needs to be made more presentable and the reception staff more available. The restaurant had only one waiter on duty in the evening and that was the manager. The furniture coverings in the bar area was badly worn. It needs some refurbishment.

For us it was easy to get to and get away from and a delightful spot for a stopover. The food was excellent!

The hotel as well located in a walking distance to the city center. There was good parking facility. The reception was well maintained andd the stuff friendful and helpful. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The family room could be a bit bigger.It was not possible to book a 4 persons bedroom on the internet.

Comfortable bed, situated near to the train station.

Size of the bed too big for such a small room. Table too small. Bath room not well cleaned. Situated in the milieu of prostitution, therefore a lot of noise coming from the street.

My room, particularly the bed, smelled of cigarette smoke. I always request a non-smoking room so I found this disappointing.

The location and the atmosphere of the hotel.

We needed to ask the staff questions on matters that they should have just informed us. Also, we booked a executive room with access to the lounge which never opened. After searching for an answer to our question, the staff told us to go upstairs to the bar area and they would do something for us. Overall, we were very disappointed in the customer service and the hotel not fulfilling what they had offered.

When i arrived at the Luxemburg airport I went to the information Center to find out how I could get to the hotel. The representative told me that it was within walking distance. In fact no taxi would take me their because it was too close. She pointed outside to a brown building and said it was on the other side of it. It was not on the other side. Probably a quarter of a km. away from the airport. It was an ok walk for me but I'm not sure all patrons could walk it. Possibly you can call for the hotel shuttle but they do not advertise it. Also coming from Canada I wasn't using my cell phone and I saw no courtesy phone at the airport to call the hotel.

Very small room. I have requested 3 separate beds, got only 2 (1 king size). The room was like 20m2 and very small for 3 people.

On some webs this hotel was marked on the Google map in the wrong place (next to number 37-39 on the street not 13) . In fact it was 1.5 km further.

Location is great for the purpose of my trip, just across the street from the Congres, but not close to the tourist area.

The Pool was good, although busy at times.The buffet breakfast was excellent - wide choice.

The hotel has wi-fi, but one has to pay €7 an hour to use it, which seems excessive. The TV had many channels, but almost all were in German.

The hotel was a standard business hotel - very centrally located in Luxembourg city. Staff was very courteous and professional, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable.

I had booked a single room, but changed to a double room to have more room for myself. But aparantly, all the rooms are the same over there, and they did not want to adapt the price to a single room price, despite the fact that I was alone.

Close to highway and clean. Stayed for one night (business) and for that it was perfect.
