Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially at the reception. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty carpets, bathrooms, and rooms, as well as maintenance problems. Opinions on bed comfort and value for price were mixed, with some finding the beds comfortable and the price reasonable for a short stay, while others were less satisfied. Overall, the positives centered on location and service, but cleanliness needs improvement.
