Pros (+) The room was clean, the lobby was really nice, and the breakfast selection was good.
Cons (-) On the morning of my checkout, I had someone knock on the door twice and someone call once all before 10:00 (checkout is at 11) to see if I was still there. Annoying.
Pros (+) Employees were very nice and courteous to us. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed the stay!
Cons (-) Blood on a pillow case. It really made me sick to my stomach. It was in the plastic bag of linens to make the couch into a bed. This was for our children to sleep on because they put us in a room with one bed instead of the two queen size beds. They said they would comp us for two nights but so far the manager has comp only one night!
