literally nothing about the experience.Cons:
I got the booking confirmation and was dropped off to pick up the car. only to be told "we have no cars for you" and absolute refusal to do anything to get me anywhere. had to miss my grandmother's memorial service because of this. very unhappy with this experience from the very beginning.4.0 Mediocre

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE THAT I RESERVED. WAS GIVEN A TRUCK THAT HAD BAD GAS MILEAGE.Cons:
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE AVAILABLE THAT WAS RESERVED ON THE CONTRACT.7.2 Good

If you are active duty you have to bring your LES when you pick up your vehicle. But no where beforehand is that disclosed. So I showed up at the reserved time, to pick up a vehicle and wasn’t able to because they needed my LES.Hertz
