Right at first, they made you feel right at home....but still a very welcomed guest, from the front desk checkin to offering us some food that the staff was having as a reward for being best of Staybridge. How nice that was...didn't have too, but we just relaxing in the big dining room when director came and offered it...good for her!!!! Started off thing great for us and continued that way during our stay. Share this with her....it's good to hear the positive things once in a while. Don sorenson Nothing....
Beds, way comfortable! Food, plentiful and healthy! Staff, friendly and helpful! Will be back! Kitchenette was perf. That it was time to go.
nice place everything was fine
the room was really comfortable and clean The supervisor was not polite
It was quiet and enjoyable. It did not have an elevator and it was very inconvenient to carry heavy luggage up two flights of stairs.
Good quiet location with very spacious rooms. Awesome deal
I liked the setup of the rooms. It provided privacy. What I did not like about the hotel was the breakfast. I spoke to the cook personally and he was somewhat rude. They're not considerate- to refill the buffet items in a timely fashion. We came in twice on two different days to eat breakfast and no food

The room was quite spacious. Nothing in particular.
The staff was very accomodating. I did not find the hotel lobby very clean. The eating areas of main lobby were not suitable to have food served there. The carpet stunk the tables had a greasy substance on them. I would not eat in there or have any of my family eat in this room.
I like that it had a kitchen & a fireplace The front desk staff was horrible
I like to privacy of the location and individual access to the building/room you are staying in. No

It's location which is right in the middle of the 'Top-End' Perimeter of Atlanta
Bed was comfortable Old hotel with poor layout of the room
The bed. Trash cans were concealed in room.
Location was great. Staff was superb. Front Desk was very professional. The furniture and carpet was worn and old. Made it seem dirty.
I liked that the room was clean and its close to everything you might need. What I liked about the room itself was the TV. It was a 42" I believe(big enough) and had all the channels that I like with like 5 HBO's so that was nice. The extra tall ceilings made the room feel bigger than it was. Also the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. What I didn't like was the bed wasn't special and it had a throw blanket wrapped in a pair of sheets instead of a comforter. I could have enjoyed the TV more if the lady at the desk would have let me use the remote for it so I could use the apps that were installed on it. ie.Netflix, FB, YouTube, etc. The first night maintenance had to program it and he used the factory remote (instead of the Comcast remote) so I know they had it but she said no its not there and wouldn't look for it. The thing that got me the most I think was the first night I went to sleep very late and wanted to sleep in so I put the "Do Not Desturb" sign on the door. Around 8am in the morning there was a loud knock at the door which I ignored but to my dismay housekeeping let themselves in the room. I asked if she saw the sign on the door and she acted like she couldn't understand english and left. After that she went to clean next door and left the lock in the closed position so the the door wouldn't lock when they went in and out of the room. The problem is that it bangs very loudly against it when it closes back on it. I suggested that she fold an outdated magazine up and slide it under the door to prop it open so I could go back to sleep with no more banging going on. She said oh well I'm almost done I don't have time to find one to do that and went back to her duties. Needless to say I did not get back to sleep after all that, I was awake. The next night I went to bed early( as I was tired from not much sleep the night before) and another housekeeper let herself in the room to "giggle the handle"of the toilet. Very entrucive and activating at the very least. I won't stay here in the future there's too many other hotels in the area for the same money that would love to have my money.
Lipstick on a pig. It would have been nice if i didn't feel like i needed to sit by the window with a shot gun to watch my car. The neighborhood was...ahem. Even just parking lot lighting would make a huge difference. A hundred decent restaurants within walking distance, but you wouldn't walk in that part of town
Very clean Pool was out
Were there for a wedding. Met our needs and accommodations were good. Close to wedding venue. Having 2 double beds rather than queens. Room would accommodate queens.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The lack of a designated smoking area outside.
Clean bathrooms and nice decor. Overall wonderful location with great hotel bar. Location is a little hidden off of the main road.
lobby is constantly locked. You need to knock at the door; wait a long time
Room was clean upon check in.
Great location & convience. The room was full of ants. The ants attached all the food in the room. Even got into my stuff in the bathroom.
Comfortable Wifi didnt work in room
Easy to get onto 285 and 85 for travelling into Atlanta. Very clean. Not busy during the weekdays. A good solid breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and other items. All the staff are very polite. The staff seemed to be confused about the online reservations. They have very few rooms with king sized beds.
Generally, comfortable and had what was needed. We were an in and out group that just needed a place to rest our heads and this was sufficient for that. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great staff. We chose this for it's value as we were only there minimally we needed a place that did not cost much but was clean. One person in our group forgot a toothbrush and the front desk didn't have one. The breakfast had little to offer in way of protein. Bathrooms were nice and the rooms were OK but overall felt pretty worn.
This was a horrible location and a very sketchy hotel. There was active drug use in the hall way and rooms right next to where my family was supposed to stay. I left that night and still have no received a refund. AVOID at all cost. This was a horrible location and a very sketchy hotel. Tranquility Room size
Majority of the places the hotel was by were in walking distances.Oh and a big big shout out to the lady that works the front desk in the mornings she has the best customer service ever I wish it was way more people like her in this world today. The hotel was way below 2 star standards and the maids were too lazy to ride the slow elevator to give me any wash towels and cloths.
Staff friendly Very dirty and lacking basic amenities such as shampoo and blankets (just sheets). Shower pressure extremely poor (in all rooms).
The bed. Fkd up water temperatures.
Both door locks were broken, Heat was broken
Privacy for me and my only one to do what we do I had to check out because I need money
I liked that it was so close to the train station My door wouldn't lock when I left very unsafe
It was at cheap rate. Close to train station. I stayed for 7 days. Internet does not work. You call reception but they cannot do anything about it. I followed customer service but no help. All bullshit explanations. ... change room as signals are weak and all bla bla. Rooms and hotel stink. Took cooking material but room smells so bed that did not prepare food at all. Worst experience.
