We absolutely loved the big jet tub/shore combo! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We used the pool, gym and business center once each. Very clean and nicely kept. I did have a concern about the tiles surrounding the pool, they were slippery! The breakfast was ample, tasty and hot..loved it! We didn’t like that every floor didn’t have an ice machine and the only soda machine they had did not work. We didn’t have time to do laundry, but the area was very neat and tidy. Check in and out was super easy and luggage carts were a huge help! I was working part of the time from our room, but the cleaning staff never came to service our room. May be because I was in there, but the folks at the front desk were kind enough to provide us with fresh towels, toilet paper and tissue.
Pros. The carpets all looked brand new, luxurious comforter, nice sized room, extremely friendly and helpful staff and wonderful complimentary breakfast. I couldn't figure out how to get the heat to turn on and someone came right up to my room and helped me. Beautiful lobby. Way more than I expected for an express hotel.
