Cons:
Lower Insurance cost, it was way too high. That particular vehicle had an obstruction when taking the foot off the break pedal. I had a somewhat long shoe. Could be very dangerous in certain situations.
When I originally got my first rental I had an issue with the tire. When calling the help line they were very attentive to getting me back on the road with another rental on holiday weekend. Tow driver was very good and stayed with me till my u er came for safety. And help line was also very responsive and confirming my safety. I was very impresss. Thank you!

The staff didn’t have our vehicle. They tried charging us 20% more. No one assisted us in getting a vehicle. An absolute nightmare. Everything closed by the time we found out we weren’t being helped. Left stranded without a vehicle. It was horrible. Kayak and Enterprise should work better together and enterprise should be ashamed of themselves.
