We have stayed at the Comfort Inn Amish Country several times and I really can't find any fault with this hotel at all. It is a very comfortable hotel to stay in with all of the amenities. There was nothing that we did not like.
wonderfulmfront desk staff. Clean; nice sitting chair. toilet area extremely small. toilet are. could barely move, included toilet and shower
Perfect for our needs. Breakfast was not great but, hey, it was free.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but did spend a lot of time away from the front desk. I got a package prior to arrival and did not receive it until over a day into our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever encountered. The breakfast bar was alright, but not what is shown on the television ads. The exercise room consisted of two treadmills and a stationary bike, but they were in good condition and the room had a television and water station which was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. The entire hotel appeared clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.
I found it a comfortable room very clean nice pool with towels located right at the pool side. Ten minutes from outlets and attractions in Lancaster by car.
This hotel is awesome! It's so clean and the pool is wonderful!
I should have realized it was not a non smoking hotel. Staff was great.
Just outside of Lancaster, but in a nice quiet, cute town. Great for families and professionals as the WIFI worked great, too! Staff made sure your visit was terrific and that the rooms were up to your expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
We were well pleased with the hotel. My kids enoyed the pool and so did I. Part of the building was still under construction and that was alright except when they tested the fire alarm system and did not tell anyone.
Rooms very clean, Helpfull staff, Kids LOVED the pool, Discount tickes to parks
Great breakfast. Good coffee. Real dishes and silverware. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. To have a refrigerator in the room would have been helpful and mattress and pillows had seen better days, but overall a GREAT place to stay
This was our second stay at this hoitel. Like the first time the check in process was without incident and as expected. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only thing I would change about the place is breakfast. The eggs were not so good. Plenty of them but they reminded me of when I was in the Army in the field and all we had were powdered eggs. There was other stuff that was probably just fine but the eggs were not.
Arriving a day early, manager was helpful in finding us a room(asked for non smoking got smoking) trying to shower that AM, found last tenent's soap still in the shower. dirty-got moved to our original room next day. asked about micro and fridge and were told that only suites have them.they advertise all rooms have them.breakfast was just ok no fresh fruit most days and no cream for coffee. NOT HOLIDAY INN QUALITY. MUST SAY THE BED WAS COMFY would not stay there again.
we called the hotel and they gave us good directions to get there. They said hotel was on an undedicated road, so online directions weren't reliable. Staff was helpful, had breakfast ready, since we had to leave before 6 a.m.. Clean room, nice hot tub in the indoor pool room, with towels available there. Bathroom had lots of bath products. Towels in the room to go to the pool would be nice.

Friendly staff and cleanliness. Very satisfied with service. Everything was as expected.
I have never experienced a hotel so unclean. There was old food in the mini-fridge. The rooms smelled of smoke despite non-smoking room signs everywhere. The carpets, bedspreads, and chairs were riddled with stains. DO NOT STAY HERE!
The location was good. Could not get wifi. Staff had to bring in an amplifier & it still didn't work. Had to string an extension cord across the room to do this. Multiply extension cords in room. Bathroom very small with very little water pressure. Bathroom outlet did not work.
It was CLEAN and everything in it worked... bathroom shower head was a bit under par, but at least it worked...
Leaving No charm, cinder block interior walls looked like a prison cell, only 2 pillows furnished. Small TV, small windows near ceiling.
The room was warm and clean Amenities very few; Breakfast, coffee and pastry was not available until 7:30 AM. Was charged extra for two children, where other hotels children stay free. Not sure if internet was available.
In Amish countryside, close to tourist attractions, decent accommodations.
Location. 1/2 mile from destination. Staff was friendly. Old outdated room. Towels were small and thin.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the clerk she was as accommodating as she could be. and when we asked for our money back she very readily agreed. The hotel room was very shabby , small ,the bathtub was dirty and there were stains on the sheets so we asked for our money back.
location dead bugs in the bathroom - bedding looked used - dark
Upon arriving, the check in person was not dressed appropriately for the job. When we got to our room and began to get settled, I found the tissue box nearly empty in the bathroom and a bottle of half used shampoo in the shower. The floor appeared unvacuumed. No mattress protectors on beds with very thin sheets. When I was leaving, I found my door didn't lock. I went to find the front desk person and she came up. Me and my 3 children stood in the hall awkwardly waiting for her to fix it. About 20 minutes later she finally changed our room. So we had to pack our stuff back up. Second room was cleaner and generally okay. Tried to get extra towels at 8:30 pm. No one was to be found. Check out in the morning was completely impersonal. There was a note with a sheet for me to cross off my room number. We won't be staying here again.
The hotel was clean, but the bathroom had zero counter space. My lady friend/travel buddy was not a happy camper. There wasn't even a place to set my glasses down in the bathroom. It was pretty inconvenient. We stayed two nights. The first and last days of our trip because it was close to the airport. On the first day I left a power cord in my room by accident. When I called and asked about it I was told they'd look for it and keep it until I returned. Upon returning I was told I had to ask the housekeeping supervisor about retrieving my cord and that they were gone for the day. When I was going to my room I saw two housekeepers and asked if I could talk to their supervisor (the front desk clearly didn't want to deal with my lost item). The lady was nice and said she would call my room and leave a message. This never happened. It was my mistake for leaving the cord. But they sure didn't care enough to even attempt to get it back to me nor even seed to care . If you stay here, don't forget anything, you won't get it back...
