Comfort Inn

The only person working, the desk manager, handled a very bad situation very professionally. She took it upon herself to at least make a bad situation workable. Thank you to her, but no follow-up apology or call from ownership. The room was marginal when we moved in. As we used the room we found it had a bad urine smell in the bathroom. When we turned down the bed we found the top and bottom sheet had blood stains. Manager brought clean sheets. No apology call from ownership.

The breakfast was decent, and the location to the outlet mall was nice. The staff was friendly. Judging by the cars in the parking lot, the hotel was no where near full, but it seemed the majority of the guest were placed in rooms right next to each other. Our room smelled musty, and even with it off, the alarm went off every 30 minutes after 12:00.

Location Nothing

It was close to main highway we needed to use to get to the Johnson county Armory. Staff was helpful in giving us perfect directions. They did not provide us with a receipt at checkout. We only stayed the one night. The room was not clean especially the bath room floor.
