Pros: - The location is great in the Midway between the commerical shopping district and the old town (Gamla Stan) exactly 10 min walk to reach for both destinations . - The service level is exemplary even from before we arrived and checked-in when they emailed us asking about any special requests to be accommodated prior to arrival and this level of dedication continued throughout our stay ... This is the kind of hotel that if you ask for 4 extra pillows at 2 am ... You will end up getting them in 10 min max! - The hotel was clean and well maintained and had very elegant and posh modern chic interior design. - The breakfast buffet is hands down legendary ... They had one of the best scrambled and ommlettes we ever had and the fresh juice bar had maybe 8 different varieties which is the widest selection of freshly prepared juice we ever saw in a hotel of this size. - If we ever come back to Stockholm this has to be choice for our stay.
Cons: Only one point and it has to do with accessibility to the hotel, wherein there was some construction work happening on the main Street leading to the street where the hotel is located, so people going to and leaving hotel had to drag their bags across the gravely street to get to their rides on the main Street ... Its not a big distance but the street pavement is not smooth at all for hauling your stuff around.

Pros: It was more than we expected. I chose it and I knew that it is good and nice. I asked if I would get a room with a bath when I booked. Got a reply that they can not guarantee, but they try. We arrived with an early flight. We knew that the check-in was only from 3 pm and we want there to leave our luggage. For our big surprise, the room was ready for us, we were able to check-in and have a quick nap in the most comfortable bed as sheets that I have ever been to. It really made me rethink my home sleeping conditions :-) And after that we had a bath - yes, they made that happen. Perfect :-)

Cons: Shocked to be charged for use of spa facilities (sauna, rooftop pool, relaxation area) as a hotel guest. I could understand being charged for massages and services (which arent actually offered or available) but not just for the use of the area. Also was disappointed to have been turned away from the restaurant as a hotel guest, even though there was space. Usually i am used to always being accommodated if you are a paying guest of the hotel.

Cons: Small (yet comfortable) single rooms, and breakfasts served from 7:00, therefore I missed my breakfast on checkout day due to my early flight.

Pros: Amazing location - everything (Old Town and shops) around. Small but cozy room with perfect design and space utilization. The bed was soft and big, the bathroom was very comfortable.
Cons: Windows with the internal view (restaurant). One more disappointing moment - I've asked about any NY Eve parties in the hotel or in Stockholm generally. The hotel promised to make research and share it with me, however, I didn't receive any information.

Pros: Slap bang in the middle of Stockholm. Very close to the Gamla Stan Christmas market and Cathedral which is why we booked it. It seemed to be the most popular of the Collector's 3 hotels in town.
Cons: We couldn't get a seat in the Tweed cocktail bar with the brown leather sofas but was offered a perfectly acceptable table in the wine bar instead.

Pros: Perfect location - very walkable area. Staff were amazing - always friendly, let us make phone calls when baggage was lost and made great recommendations. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Room was cosy, clean, comfortable. Brought around port each night as a night cap. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Pros: Victory Hotel is in the heart of the picturesque old town of Stockholm. The hotel itself is like a maritime museum with nautical artefacts in every room and every floor. It's like visiting a museum. The rooms are named after captains. The location is perfect, and it is only a couple of blocks walk to the Gamla stan's underground station. Breakfast buffet is included in the rate and is very good, though not as outstanding as you would expect. For instance, the pancakes are industrial produce.
Cons: The interior is outstanding! It's is almost better than visiting the Maritime museum (Sjöhistoriska museet), which I recommend btw. The beds were very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet.

Pros: Every night in the suite, they laid out a tray with some nice port wine and chocolate. Comfortable hours for the delicious breakfast in their historic cellar. Terrific bed. The place is convenient to the tunnelbana (metro). The lobby and staircase feels like some sort of maritime museum or collection, very cool. We loved this place.

Pros: This hotel was ideal for the half a week I wanted to spend in Stockholm, old school decor, wonderful restaurants and wine selections, less than 10 minutes of walking from most of Gamla Stan’s sights. The people at the desk are incredibly nice, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are impeccable.

Pros: We stayed for three nights, including New Year's Eve, and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is nautically-themed, with each room full of artifacts and memorabilia from a particular ship and captain. The main restaurants were closed for the holidays, but the breakfast buffet was extremely good and included with the room rates. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had been nicely renovated, including beautiful tile work in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet, safe and within easy walking distance to any place on Gamla Stan or to the "T" station (metro/subway) - in fact, even the Arlanda Express stop at Stockholm Central station is only about a 15 min walk. A great option if staying in Gamla Stan.

Pros: The location was perfect for us to travel the city and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff were first class and we were especially impressed by the young man that took care of us our last night at dinner. He suggested fabulous wines for us.
Cons: The worst thing about this hotel is going out the front door into a cloud of cigarette smoke! In future I would avoid conventions & delegates that have their meetings around the breakfast selections when we are trying to get out! WE ARE CANADIAN!!

Cons: The bathroom was badly arranged. It was a disabled-accessible room, which I hadn't expected, so it was annoying for that reason, but even if I were disabled, there was no surface within reach of the shower to put shampoo, soap, etc. while I was under it.

Pros: The staff were great. The breakfast was exceptional. So close to Central station. When we returned a week later we were upgraded and I think because the dining area floors were being resurfaced in our first stay and we had to have breakfast in a temporary location in another area. This was a little inconvenient but the staff were great. I liked our view the second time over the lake and also the small tray of fruit. I would stay there again.
Cons: Everything was great. Would have been better if we had had breakfast in the dining area on our first visit. I understand that when we stayed just before Christmas was their quiet time. I totally understand why they do maintenance then. The upgrade on our return compensated wonderfully.

Welcome to the NOFO Hotel, BW Premier Collection®! Find yourself in a beautiful and historic building from 1780 on Södermalm in the central parts of Stockholm. The hotel is within walking distance of Old Town, Slussen and the City. Stay in a vibrant neighborhood where people of Stockholm living. Sodermalm is one of the oldest districts in Stockholm and was a long time working quarters with much feeling. For many years known as the area where we are located "Sofo", Stockholm's answer to London and New York's trendy SoHo. Amidst this vibrant neighborhood, you will find our oasis. Enter through a portal, out on a cobbled yard and you'll find us. We are housed in a listed building from the 1700s that originally built as a brewery. As the house was built at one time, with a roof and walls according to original drawings, has been completely control the hotel room disposition and layout. This allows the hotel to get a personal and original touch that along with the eclectic decor boutique reinforces the feeling. Upon arrival at the typical courtyard, which can be likened to an oasis in the middle of Sodermalm, enriched it with an inner calm. You feel far from the trendy areas, both north and south of Folkungagatan, where hipsters, taverns and street life plays out like a true "reality soap". We look forward to seeing you! Pros: We stayed 3 nights in Stockholm and decided to stay in Sodermalm as it is a younger area of town. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient to the nearest subway station, maybe a 3 minute walk. From the subway you are one stop away from the Slussen station, which can connect you just about anywhere. Around the hotel there is ample shopping, eating, and drinking. We found numerous restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk that were wonderful. The hotel itself was nicely appointed. Even though it was undergoing renovations you could hardly tell. Our room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a very impressive spread, with just about everything you could want. Truly a great experience, we would definitely stay here again when we are in Stockholm.

Pros: NOFO is a really nice hotel. The decoration is unique, and so is the staff. Good and healthy breakfast. You have supermarkets within a walking distance of five minutes and there are lots of restaurants in the area around the hotel.
Cons: There were some issues with housekeeping. I let the reception know before I left. If that had not been the case, I would have given the hotel a straight 10.

Cons: You have to pay to use the baby cot which I found odd, and they made a mistake when charging it (400 kr for two nights - you can buy a new cot with 40 euro!). When we noticed the mistake, the staff offered refund quickly but without any apologies.

Pros: The staff was lovely and efficient and the breakfast was exceptional. Check-in was easy and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. We had a superior room with a large bathroom- we loved the bath tub and shower!
Cons: Both rooms didn’t have a view, unfortunately. The rooms were a little narrow for a stroller but we made the space work. It would’ve been nice to have a few more toiletries in the bathroom and tea/coffee in the room.

Pros: This hotel was in a great location, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were very stylish and perfectly clean. We arrived very late our first night, and we just missed the closing of their kitchen. Luckily, they have 24 hour room service, and they even comped us our meal, which was really generous. They also sent my postcards for me for free when we were checking out. And breakfast buffet is top notch! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros: We enjoyed the hotel and Stockholm so much, we extended our stay from 2 to 6 nights. We felt comfortable and at home. The staff at reception and some in the restaurant were great. The cleaning staff so friendly and come back to ask if all fine. The human touch is there, and the vibe is positive. It's also mgreat to be able to open the window and control the heating oneself, and that the room is so cool, no icky carpets...

Pros: I have traveled to Stockholm for work a few times and this is by far the best and my favorite hotel in Stockholm. The room is decently sized and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and shower are spacious and the bath products are actually great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extremely good. Very fresh! The restaurant and cocktail bar in the hotel are also amazing. Highly recommend a stay at Miss Clara
Cons: The gym is kind of small, but for a quick work out it gets the job done. I couldn't find the terrace, but apparently one exists.

Pros: Lovely decor throughout hotel. Breakfast was lovely and there is Tea and Coffee available throughout the day. Upon check in the lady at reception lent us Metro smartcards which was very nice of her. Close to Metro station and 12 minutes ride to central Stockolm. Quiet hallways throughout the day despite hotel being full of guests. Close to a supermarket for simple conveniences and good restaurants within walking distance. They let us store our luggage after we had checked out of the room which was incredibly helpfull. The staff were always polite and answered all queries satisfactorily.

There is no need to discuss what I liked and did not like because the hotel stole money from my card multiple times during our stay and refunded the amounts when I complained about it. But during the check-out process they blocked additional amounts and claimed it was the breakfast and it took me 15 minutes to explain the breakfast did not cost this much. when they finally relented, they returned the amount to me. But when I came back home. THEY CHARGED THE ENTIRE FEES OF MY STAY AGAIN FROM MY CARD, NOT BLOCKED, CHARGED!!! I issued a claim to my bank and going to cancel my card and issue a new one thanks to this awful hotel. If I could give it less than 2.5 but thats the lowest score you can give on booking.
Cons: The rooms design was simply awful, no taste at all, mismatching bedside tables, TV blocking the door, random doors in the middle of the room that lead to nowhere, etc. the hotel was very dark and the lighting was barely enough to see your way without hitting anything. the breakfast is limited and pancakes smelled and tasted alittle like bacon. but the location and cleanliness was fine. Although if you want to go back and forth to the reception and ask why did you withdraw this amount and have them try to con you that its a system error every couple of days. go ahead and book. otherwise choose a different hotel if you want your money to be safe and enjoy stockholm with a peace of mind.

Pros: The property is a converted flat in a beautiful turn of the century building, so you get a piece of history staying here. Cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The shared bathroom was very clean and was always free when I needed to use it. I liked that there was a shelf of extra towels and a hamper for used ones. Lovely breakfast with a view of the courtyard and friendly staff! Liked having a bottle of water in the room. Seamless late check-in. It's a great location and felt like staying in someone's home, I would definitely stay again.
Cons: Noise from neighbors, there was a screaming baby above room #1 which was a bit grating but you can't control everything. It would also be nice to have access to the kitchen for tea/coffee/sitting area during the evenings.

Cons: Before we arrived, we mailed the hotel that we don’t eat meat. They said that’s not a problem and said they booked dinner table for us at their restaurant (online, they have a full menu with a lot of vegetarian options. When we arrived at the restaurant: 1. They didn’t even have our booking 2. They only served 3 dishes this weekend out of which 2 were meat 3. The only children’s dish was meat balls. If pur child doesn’t want that, she can eat celery. The staff at the restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, it was clear it’s better for them if we leave and they don’t have to accommodate us. Breakfast at the hotel is pretty boring if you don’t eat meat (no fresh vegetables, no fruits, no vegetarian options).
