Cons: absolutely awful and rude front desk service. the coldest people i encountered the entire trip and overall for a long long time.
Pros: The indoor-outdoor pool is very cool. The breakfast is pretty good, and you can even order a lunch to go (have to do it the night before) if you're taking a trip that day, which is a very nice feature. You also get a welcome drink when you check in.
Cons: For a "deluxe suite" the rooms are average. The location isn't great, but the hotel shuttle is very dependable. If you take the bus from the airport, you'll be one of the last dropped off (and one of the first picked up on your way back). On the plus side, if you're heading to the glacier, you're be one of the last on and first off.

Pros: We loved being outside of town and right on the lake. The view from the dining room and some of the rooms was beautiful overlooking the amazing blue Lago Argentina. All of the tours we did picked us up from the hotel, so there was no issue for us being away from town. We only used the shuttle once, but my suggestion is to get out there early because the shuttle fills up very quickly(especially around dinner hour) and has limited space. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. All were super friendly and overly helpful for all of our inquiries. They all spoke english really well. I was able to set up all of our tours before we even arrived to argentina by email interaction with the staff. They answered my many email quickly and thoroughly. Ive never experienced hotel staff like this anywhere in the world. They went above and beyond and it was much appreciated! Dinner was adequate, nothing to write home about, but for us was just out of convenience one night when we didnt want to go into town. Breakfast was good with cakes, croissants, meats, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.
Cons: Only negative feedback is how hot our rooms were(we had 2 rooms next to each other with another couple we were traveling with). It was quite cool outside during our stay in November(40-50 farenheight during the day), but it felt like an oven in our rooms. There was no way to control the heat except turn off the radiator which we did the first night. We left the windows open while in the room, which we would have rather not have done because we were on ground level, but this didnt even help. We asked for fans but they didnt have any. My suggestion would be that they get fans.

Pros: Staff friendliness, luxury look and feel, convenient bar and shuttle service. Very pleasant stay and nice to sit out back and look at the lake.
Cons: Only thought on opportunities is something they can't change which is the room size. While more than adequate, we recently stayed in a hotel with jumbo size rooms that really made us feel special
