On short flight, there is nothing served, no drinks or anything, but on longer one over 1 1/2 hours you get some snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for free. On this flight there was an airline strike 2 days earlier. The seats are roomy compared to airlines in the USA."

Cons: "We got bumped the day before left due to an airline strike. We only found out it was due to a strike because our excellent customer service by webjet.com. Then as we waited for our next flight, we received another email saying we have been bumped another day on our vacation to Argentina. No indication as to why we were bumped. So we tried everything to get in touch with the airline. They only have one customer service number in North America. We called for 4 hours. They never picked up and the automatic service phone number, which is they same for all kiosks at JFK and the main number and the Canadian office number, kept hanging up on us. Fortunately our booking website, webjet.com had great customer service and got in touch with the airline. They cancelled the flight reservation at no charge due to the strike. Without them our flight would have been pushed by two days. Instead of what we did do which was cancel our reservation and moved to another airline, AAirlines, to a redeye flight. But due to the bumps and last minute purchases my wife and I sat separately on the 11 hr flight, in middle seats, overnight with no room to sleep. Also my refund will take 3 weeks according to Aerolineas Argentinas policy! Do not book with Aerolineas Argentina's!"

It was explained once on board weather at the airporr was the hold up. No food or electronics on board to rate but the flight was only an hour so not a big deal to me but it's always nice to have a cell charger nearby. Flight crew was fine, didn't interact with them much due to short nature of the flight."

I had to spend an extra day in Buenos Aires and go back to the airport the next day. I had scheduled a hostel in my destination and the hostel wasn't able to change my reservation but they charged me for the night anyway. I ended up camping in El Calafate, where it was very cold and rained all night."

Cons: "What didn't I like? Everything else. I fly 150000 miles a year and have never had an experience like this. Aerolineas went on strike the morning of our flight and canceled it. Ok, strikes are terrible, but they happen. However, we then had to spend NINE HOURS waiting in line at the airport. Aerolineas refused to talk to us over the phone, saying we had to call the agency. Kayak and FlightNetwork tried to call Aerolineas, who then said they wouldn't help and we could only solve it at the airport. Hence the nine hours. They eventually rebooked us on a flight the next morning, out of the other airport in Buenos Aires. Again, I get it, flights were full with the cancellations. But the run-around was appalling, and they didn't pay for our hotel (why on earth not? We had to spend an extra night and it was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT) or the $100 of cabs back into the city and then out the next morning. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never again. And honestly, never again through Kayak either."

Cons: "The food is very basic (not a problem for short flights), but only "gaseosas" (carbonated drinks) or water were offered, and it would be nicer if juices (orange, tomato, etc.) were included in the options. Another minor issue: the inflight wifi was limited to only the onboard entertainment (in other words, no outside internet access) and there were no screens, so you had to have your own wifi device (tablet, phone, etc.) which isn't really a big problem these days, but are things for passengers to consider when comparing to bus routes."
