Cons: "my flight was delayed one day due to overbooking, basically they gave my place to someone else. I lost one day of accommodation at destination and had to pay another one in Buenos Aires for which they reimburse max 55 usd, and when you wait fir reimbursement those guys move so slow you won’t believe is true, imagine you have also some people before you- i waited for 2h and 30 min and had 5 people before me. Overall Aerolineas is not a stable company so watch out when you plan your itinerary in Argentina with them i lost two flights because of them in one week"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled. Unable to reschedule."
Pros: "All Flights that we've taken on this airline have departed and arrived on time. The crew are courteous and speak English. On short flight, there is nothing served, no drinks or anything, but on longer one over 1 1/2 hours you get some snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for free. On this flight there was an airline strike 2 days earlier. The seats are roomy compared to airlines in the USA."
Cons: "On this flight there was an airline strike 2 days earlier. The lines at the airport were as long as the airport itself. If I hadn't gone to the front and managed to ask a representative about our flight I never would have known that our El Calafate flight was being checked in at a special counter."
Cons: "I get to the counter in Ushuaia and my tick t do not work! I was forced to buy a new ticket right there. And it wasn’t cheap of course. I bought it form Flight Network through your website. The charged my credit card for this ticket. I don’t know who is responsible here but I obviously want me money back. And I would suggest not linking to them ever again in the future. That was ridiculous."
Pros: "Departure and arrival on time . Overall hassle free"
Cons: "Least space between my face, knees and seat in front of any plane I've ever been on. Food mediocre, coffee pretty bad. Because of cramped soace I couldnt even eat without getting food on my clothes"
Pros: "Left on time, arrived on time. Not a lot of unnecessary announcements so I could try to sleep."
Cons: "Very tight seating. Seat B - in the middle of a row - left me very little room for my arms."
Pros: "Nice new plane, excellent and friendly crew."
Cons: "Left 20 minuets late for some reason, nobody knows why or ever informed anyone. We all just sat at the gate looking at the airplane."
Cons: "We got bumped the day before left due to an airline strike. We only found out it was due to a strike because our excellent customer service by webjet.com. Then as we waited for our next flight, we received another email saying we have been bumped another day on our vacation to Argentina. No indication as to why we were bumped. So we tried everything to get in touch with the airline. They only have one customer service number in North America. We called for 4 hours. They never picked up and the automatic service phone number, which is they same for all kiosks at JFK and the main number and the Canadian office number, kept hanging up on us. Fortunately our booking website, webjet.com had great customer service and got in touch with the airline. They cancelled the flight reservation at no charge due to the strike. Without them our flight would have been pushed by two days. Instead of what we did do which was cancel our reservation and moved to another airline, AAirlines, to a redeye flight. But due to the bumps and last minute purchases my wife and I sat separately on the 11 hr flight, in middle seats, overnight with no room to sleep. Also my refund will take 3 weeks according to Aerolineas Argentinas policy! Do not book with Aerolineas Argentina's!"
Pros: "Views outside airplane, flight attendants happy"
Pros: "Smooth and on time flight. Food was lacking considering 6am departure."
Cons: "Food was lacking considering 6am departure"
Pros: "Quick flight and boarding process once we got going. Airport is new and small."
Cons: "Flight was delayed nearly approximately three hours and the sign changed twice but little information given except to, "Ask an agent." It was explained once on board weather at the airporr was the hold up. No food or electronics on board to rate but the flight was only an hour so not a big deal to me but it's always nice to have a cell charger nearby. Flight crew was fine, didn't interact with them much due to short nature of the flight."
Cons: "There was no entertainment"
Cons: "No entertainment"
Pros: "I paid about 700usd to a couple of hours and this was the worst company i have ever flew here"
Pros: "Organized boarding process. Clean plane"
Cons: "Food. Service slow"
Pros: "On time arrival. Comfortable seats. Fast luggage delivery."
Pros: "Efficient boarding, pleasant crew, air conditioning worked well."
Cons: "Tight pitch between rows of seats. My knees where practically pushed up against the seat in front of me, and I'm only 5'9". For a 4.5 hour long flight, to be served crackers and cookies is just unacceptable. There wasn't even an option to buy food onboard! And with all the airlines that have entertainment onboard, it was disappointing to just stare at the fabric of the seat in front of me."
Cons: "They changed the date of my flight without telling me and then were kind of cruel about it when I asked what happened. I had to spend an extra day in Buenos Aires and go back to the airport the next day. I had scheduled a hostel in my destination and the hostel wasn't able to change my reservation but they charged me for the night anyway. I ended up camping in El Calafate, where it was very cold and rained all night."
Pros: "The flight was on time, the crew was helpful and professional and upon arrival we received our luggage promptly. Will fly Aerolineas Argentinas again!"
Pros: "The only thing I liked was that they eventually got us to El Calafate"
Cons: "What didn't I like? Everything else. I fly 150000 miles a year and have never had an experience like this. Aerolineas went on strike the morning of our flight and canceled it. Ok, strikes are terrible, but they happen. However, we then had to spend NINE HOURS waiting in line at the airport. Aerolineas refused to talk to us over the phone, saying we had to call the agency. Kayak and FlightNetwork tried to call Aerolineas, who then said they wouldn't help and we could only solve it at the airport. Hence the nine hours. They eventually rebooked us on a flight the next morning, out of the other airport in Buenos Aires. Again, I get it, flights were full with the cancellations. But the run-around was appalling, and they didn't pay for our hotel (why on earth not? We had to spend an extra night and it was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT) or the $100 of cabs back into the city and then out the next morning. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never again. And honestly, never again through Kayak either."
Pros: "Very comfortable. Excellent staff"
Cons: "Crustless ham and chees sandwich was a little lacking but it was a short flight so ok"
Pros: "The entire process went well, and the airports in Bariloche and El Calafate were efficient and clean. This was a great flight, especially for tourists wishing to avoid the long bus routes."
Cons: "The food is very basic (not a problem for short flights), but only "gaseosas" (carbonated drinks) or water were offered, and it would be nicer if juices (orange, tomato, etc.) were included in the options. Another minor issue: the inflight wifi was limited to only the onboard entertainment (in other words, no outside internet access) and there were no screens, so you had to have your own wifi device (tablet, phone, etc.) which isn't really a big problem these days, but are things for passengers to consider when comparing to bus routes."
Pros: "un vuelo pobre para la tarifa que aplican . horrible los asientos , comida de poca calidad y tripulación totalmente en otra dimensión y sin calidad de servicio al pasajero."
Cons: "Distance between seats (pitch) , Crewmembers testily, flight entertainment not work (IFE)"
Cons: "Window seat with no window Was delayed"
Cons: "The food Was poor"
Cons: "Seats so close, I couldn't sit straight, knees against the sit in front of me. Had to sit almost sideways with knees sticking out into the aisle. I'm 6'1""
