Pros:
I booked a car for pick up on Friday at noon. I arrive to the location, they tell me there are no cars and they won’t know if they will have any until 4pm and that someone would give me a call. At 4pm, no one calls. I call multiple times, no one answers so I had to take a bus to Dallas in order toCons:
Catch my flight. So I never got the car. In addition while booking my car rental on your site, I paid for the insurance with alliance. I have contacted them on refunding me but any assistance would be helpful seeing that I paid for insurance on a car I never picked up. Thank you2.0 Poor

Pros:
The staff was friendly and tried to make our trip safe. It appeared that evening I picked up the rental car the car hadn't been serviced because the following morning as I was loading the vehicle one of the back doors did not open. I took the car back to Enterprise and told them about it. Several staff members tried to get the door to open but failed. No rental car was available at the store nor within close range. We waited and waited because the worker stated vehicles were coming to the store that morning. Long story short...after about 1 1/2 hour we were given a van and for the same rate as the car would have been. We were 2 hours behind on our trip due to the door was stuck. BUT we were able to take the trip and we had plenty of space to travel inCons:
I believe the car should have been checked before it was given to me. BUT at least the problem was addressed and eventually fixed.10.0 Wonderful
