That they offered a comparable room for 1/3 the price of the competition. Room was very clean! The bed and tv were terrible. I was never able to use the internet service and help was not available because I never recieved a call back. Noise from other rooms was easily heard. The heater/air conditioner was loud but controlled the temperature well.
Price Rooms were dirty.
It was close to where my meetings were. Coffee pot in the room, free breakfast. The floors in the entry and eating area needed to be swept and mopped. Front desk didn't ask late arriving guest to respect others so the noise of about 10 travelers stomping through the hall late at night was annoying. They didn't have a maid come and clean/refresh my room

I really liked the buffet breakfast, and that it was free. Great option to have for people to start their day whether the stay is work related or personal. The pool area was well maintained and quite clean. The outside of the Holiday Inn is aesthetically pleasing. Upon walking into my room there was a thrift store stale smell to the room. Found out from another coworker she had complimentary sleep spa package, where my room did not offer anything like that. I went to move a stand alone lamp which was awkwardly set up in the way, and it easily came apart. Due to my odd hours I waited for the maids to come to my room since their cart was just 2 doors down from me. The cart sat in the same spot, yet no one even knocked on my door, so after 3 hours I placed the "do not disturb" sign. Same issue happened 3 more times. Decided I would just leave my trash outside my door, and the final day before leaving I tracked down a maid to get new supplies from her cart.
The location worked great for our purposes. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed. The hotel is incredibly old, it has some new features (granite counter tops) but our room smelled musty, the carpets and floors need to be replaced. The piping below the sink in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust on it. Room service came very late in the day, when they were finally able to clean our room they said there were too many personal belongings in the way and they couldn't clean. Totally fine, but they didn't leave ANY new towels!
The Bed and pillows were wonderful...had a better night sleep than at home. The room was neat & very clean and tidy with new carpet, the vanity & bath area newly tiled and attractive. Extra amenities that were nice: cosmetic make-up remover packet, in room coffee maker w/reg & decaf pkts 2 each, small tech and microwave. Only minor critique wld be watery scrambled eggs and not enough space to sit for breakfast when I was there. Very personable front desk staff. Wld definitely stay again. A
Price, Location, Breakfast The room was nice and the staff was friendly during my stay. Breakfast was great. However, I was given a hard time from the beginning of my stay because I booked through KAYAK.com instead of booking directly through the hotel. Unprofessional? Yes. I also requested a check-out receipt the day after my stay and received one. However, I lost it (oops). I needed this receipt to get reimbursed for my stay because my company was paying for it. When I called them the next day and requested that they email or fax me that same receipt, they told me they had no way of giving me a receipt at all because I booked through KAYAK.com. I was dumbfounded by this because I had already received one from them! So I know there is a way, obviously. Over the next 2 weeks, I called and asked for the General Manager and spoke with the receptionist who was working that particular day and asked them all for a receipt. I never received a call back. I still have yet to receive one. I was even told that it wasn't the hotel's fault that I used KAYAK! How rude! I even offered to drive TWO AND HALF HOURS back to the hotel and get a hand written receipt. The General Manager refused this and blamed me using KAYAK as the reason he could not pick up a pen and write the dates I was there. This stay went from being great to becoming a horrible nightmare! Moral of the story? Don't lose your receipt? Or don't stay in a hotel with the most unhelpful and rude staff? Your choice. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again!

I liked it had kitchenette with cooking supplies, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, + liked adjustable TV. I didn't use the appliances, but it was nice all was provided considering I didn't read all amenities in room when I booked. Good breakfast too
Hotel met our expectations and we appreciated that they allowed us to check in early.

This hotel has a great location for us, and we have stayed there many times over the years. We have always been very satisfied, and have recommended it to friends. The ladies at the front desk in the evenings are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sorely lacking and the place was not clean this visit. We were quite disappointed.

Helpful, friendly staff. People outside our room ALL NIGHT smoking and talking. Nearby door propped open with rock.
Room Size was nice and Kitchen came in handy, as we stayed a week. Housekeeping was ok. When we did have them service room our requests were not completed and they always left something used on floor in a corner. Maybe they missed it but happened repeatedly.

I stay at hotels 20 to 30 nights a year for the past 35 years. This stay at Siegel Suites ranks with one of the worst experiences. The room was small, bed was hard, there was a coffee maker but enough coffee for one cup (there were two guest) the office didn't have any coffee packets and were not going to get any, the "suite" consist of a refrigerator no utensils or plates (several paper coffee cups). During the night it sounded like a couple Sumo Wrestlers were warming for a match. The staff displayed a can care less attitude.to me and other guess, this included the assistant manager The Office closes at 10:00 pm, if you arrive after that good luck getting your room.
The suite was clean and the price was good. I stay for five days, there was no house keeper to clean your suite. The gardener blow their leafs at 7am in the morning. People are still sleeping!!! Thanks.
location for our needs was great, also the staff was very accommodating you advertise a kitchenette but their is no supplies, you should tell people at reservation time not a full kitchenette. no hooks in bathroom or any shelf for cosmetics or hanging clothes.
The room was clean and just what we needed for the night. No dishes in the kitchenette. The air conditioner broke or something and would not turn off so it got very cold at night.
I chose seagal because of the location. It turned out to be a mistake. The bed was terrible, had to call the front desk for a trash can ,they didn't have an ice machine, there wasn't any ice trays in the fridge, there was no place to put your luggage. And there was so much paper work to check in, even though it was booked with Kayak! Then there was a $50 deposit, that you had to go get credited to your card,at check out.( more paper work). I will never stay with seagal suite hotels again!! It was the worst Motel experience we have had. We will not be back.
The staff was really nice. the room was what you would expect for the star level. The maintenance & cleaning people were great.
Location to down town casa grande. Ease of getting to parking. Only 3 or 4 other guests.checked in during our stay.. Check in was pleasent. Dark and dingey room. Drapes difficult to open. No services from staff after check in for two days. Towels were like sand paper. No vent fan in bath room. Filthy vent over wash basin in bed room. No coffee or vending or ice was available. Rotten wood ?
There was nothing to like, the place is awfull. Coachroaches. Noise. Smell.
