Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked a table in the restaurant the first night and the food was lovely. Breakfasts were delicious. Location is good.
I booked a Superior Twin Room. On the first night, we were put in a twin disability room with wet room. This was not suitable for us as the toilet is high with no lid and the sink was very low (just above our knees). We asked whether we had been allocated the wrong room at breakfast the next morning and were told they have two superior twin rooms, just one has been adapted for disabled use. They were happy to move us however when I asked. The other room's bathroom was much better, however the shower cubicle was very small. There was single wardrobe space (not a proper wardrobe) and no little extras like biscuits with your tea/coffee making facilities that you would expect with a Superior room and signs saying only food and drink bought on the premises could be consumed in the hotel room (which I've never seen before). I would change the description to standard/budget room. View from room was looking over the Suzuki Garage next door.
Staff, premises, accommodation, and breakfast were all excellent.
Staff was friendly, helpful, efficient and happy to provide advice. The property is well kept. We had dinner and we think the dinner area is nice, the menu with good variety in terms of food and wine. Strong wifi signal. Overall a solid performer and fair value for money.
Staff exceptionally helpful, friendly & obliging. Modern, clean, accessible.
No food on Sunday evenings but plenty of choice within 3 miles if you have a car
