Pros: The front desk person was extremely helpful with information about the town, plus he upgraded us to a suite just because one was available. The room was beautiful and the bed super comfy.
Pros: I've stayed here many times and have always had a wonderful experience. It's an incredible value during the winter months. Close to the park and many animal sightings!

Pros: Very nice rooms, clean, and exceptionally friendly service. Highly recommended!
Pros: Clean room and nice decor. Friendly staff.
Cons: Uninsulated walls made for noise when running water, although not as bad as others I've stayed in. Ok breakfast but small eating area.
Pros: The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staffs were nice. Amazing continental breakfast. Wi-fi was fast.
Had a nice relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Cons: The lobby closes by 10 PM and no one is accessible after 11 PM

Cons: The hotel was way over priced. We were given a handicapped room on the end next to the stairs. It was very noisy and it sounded like the people above us were clomping around in ski boots and when they used the bathroom it was really loud in our room.
Cons: The hotel is overpriced for what you get. Not worth the money.
Cons: Location is too good
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the guides were great.Ron our winter coach tour guide did a great job looking after everything and everyone.we met several other guides in training who were also knowledgeable and friendly on our trip.We stayed a extra day and added another tour because we had so much fun.Thank You Ron for the good job !
Cons: I was dissatisfied with the restaurant not being open at the time we were told to be there at 6:30 am.we were to meet in the lobby at 7:30 am to meet the guide for the Yellowstone tour. Both days the restaurant didn't open until 7 am which leaves only 30 minutes to feed all the motel guests going on all the tours. That was a sore spot with many of the guest who showed up at 6:30 am in the 17 degree temperatures outside waiting. The gentleman who opens just said no one tell him when to open that he is in charge of the kitchen and he is the one who sets the opening time! Maybe that would be nice to tell the front desk so the customers can get extra sleep and not be stressed out.
The food was OK nothing special, the servers were nice and did there job well.thank goodness for them they salvaged the experience.
Pros: The gal working the front desk when I checked in was awesome! The breakfast is also a huge perk.
Cons: The housekeeping staff attempted to enter my room when I had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on my door on two separate occasions. I've never been so grateful for a chain lock, as I had been changing during one of these incidents. Being a young female traveling solo for the first portion of hotel stay, this made me extremely uncomfortable. After the second incident, they took the Do Not Disturb sign from my door so I had nothing to mark when I did not want my room entered and/or cleaned. My travel companion arrived shortly thereafter so this strange scenario became much less bothersome, since I was no longer alone. I travel alone quite a bit and have never had this issue at any other hotel.

Pros: We like that breakfast was included. There weren't a lot of options for breakfast and the waffles were toaster waffles but there was just enough variety to have something for everyone.
The staff was very friendly!
The pool is really nice.
Cons: The heating unit was extremely noisy.
Cons: The continental breakfast left something to be desired.
