There was plenty to do and see on the grounds but best of all, the rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The bed was so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! nothing - awesome
Set in wonderful scenery, nestled in the Wicklow Mountains. Very comfortable rooms with state of the art touches i.e. touchpad for lights/curtains. Wonderful pool, spa and gym. Also great for golf lovers with course over the road. Overpriced breakfast, even overheard staff recommending lovely cafe's in nearby village.
friendly staff, lovely surroundings wasnt pleased having to pay for internet in lobby.
the fountain overlooking the valley
The hotel was fabulous. The pool and spa are a must. The food is excellent. If you enjoy golf, you'll be in seventh heaven. Breakfast is outstanding. The Powerscourt gardens make for a pleasant day.
Location,breakfast,bedroom was nice size
The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the sights, but is about a 10 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk). We love to walk so the location was fine for us, but it felt far after a night in Temple Bar.
By the train station There was no plugs for hair tools and phone charging
There was confusion too how many people we had in our party and had to pay an extra 30 euros and it took an extra long time to clear up the confusion after a long day of travel.
Breakfast was great Very clean Beautiful rooms The water pressure was really low, everything took several flushes. The surrounding area is great location wise, but at night it seems a bit rough. The hotel is very safe.
Staff was helpful and excellent. Rooms were very clean. Accommodations were up to date. Triple room was somewhat cramped.
We loved the room, the views, the quiet, the location. Close to the train station. The bed was so comfy! Also right near the landmark pub Nancy's Hand. The room design is outstanding! The bathroom was huge! We loved it here. There had a been some flooding from outside and it went into the hotel lobby on the day we arrived and it smelled horrible it was most likely sewer water. he smell only affected the area by the front door and the smell was gone by the time we left two days later. The hotel had professionals cleaners working on it as fast as possible. We would stay here again. The flooding was not there fault.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable room with a very nice view onto the front garden. Breakfast extravaganza. Very convenient to all Dublin attractions. We loved it. Highly recommend.
Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting Dublin. It has excellent service, very clean, and good restaurant. Although it is not close to where most of the nightlife is there is an excellent local pub 2 blocks away and it is located on the local Luas light rail line which provides quick access to most of Dublin's tourist attractions. Slightly removed from what they call City Center
It's location was a prime factor in our decision. Phoenix Park was very close by, as was Guinness and The Old Jamison Distillery. Right near the train station and tram stop so access the further parts of thecity and country were 5 minutes away. We'd stay there again.
Lighting was bad for putting on makeup

Basic Hotel, would not deem it luxury
General athnosphere, good location. friendly staff Additional cost of breakfast. Breakfast not included in booking price. Breakfast was an additional Eur20.00 per person
its location and the friendly staff also the breakfast buffet was excellent the bedrooms were very hot with no way of controling temperature
no critical remarks, indeed
Hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful at all times resolving a few difficulties I encountered. The bathroom fan came on continuosly during the night. I was transfered to another bedroom and hotel discounted bill by 40%.
The room was clean and had all I needed. I liked having the facility to make tea and coffee in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was excellent.
The room service staff very really nice and friendly and efficient. The bathroom was not particularly clean upon arrival. Also, the reception staff were not very motivated or friendly.
location.. good to get anywhere!
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfeast very goog.
3rd floor outlook on to market traders yard was disgusting.we actually saw traders urinating a few times.this should be looked at by the management.
Clean comfortable rooms Parking was kind of a pain
Location Only one large towel and one face towel were placed in the room
Good price for location, close to city centre, helpful and friendly staff
The location of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly too. Price didn't include breakfast
Location was great. Despite the construction things were quiet but it was just a few minutes walk to all the key areas of city-center Dublin. The staff were courteous and very helpful in setting up a prompt can for an early morning flight. As may be expected in a chain hotel in a big city the staff were not local and did not have a lot of first had recommendations for places to eat or estimated times it would take to walk places.
Cheap and good location Lost my phone in the lift shaft and the hotel didn't have any access to it.
English: If you like hotels in the heart of the city, in big busy noise street, this is a good locations hotel. Is a 2 star hotel not 4. The room is small, smells like cigarettes and has a bad heater. There's noting of luxury is the room. It's not worth the value.
The location is fantastic, very close to everything because it was just off O'Connell St. No.
The twin room we were given was spacious and faced a calm street so that we were not bothered by the traffic going through Talbot St or by the DART trains going into Connolly Station. The bathroom was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were free newspapers every morning and coffee-making facilities in the room. The location is very convenient, close to Busarás and Connolly Station, and a good walker can get to Temple Bar and Grafton St in 10 minutes. The Irish breakfast they offer is rather substantial and comprehensive, but we thought it was a pity that apart from cereals nothing was offered that even hinted in the direction of a continental breakfast, no yoghurt, no fresh fruit, honey, sliced cheese or ham. But we have to admit that the Irish breakfast got us through the whole day.
on saturday night we could not get a drink from the bar when we asked for one. early night in dublin' bar shuts at 12.30. first for me in a hotel.
Old style designing, large and spacious, clean if a bit tired, beds were very comfortable staff was helpful
Location is central intially one of the beds was broken so we had to switch rooms
Good hotel in good location 5 mins from centre, easy to find. Nice internal. good value breakfast in the price.
Nothing. I have stayed in better b&bs!!!
Lovely staff, very beautiful building. There was no complimentary water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was very annoying. We have to queue to get into the restaurant for breakfast - first time I've ever had to queue in a hotel for breakfast and did not expect this from a 5 * hotel.
excellent service, excellent staff, luxurious room - Fantastic hotel.
Location is perfect but a bit overpriced for what you get. Room was a nice size and staff was very friendly. I think it is better without kids. Overpriced a bit for what you get. Had to call to have room made up after being out from 9:30-3:0 during the day... I guess someone just forgot.
The hotel is grand and no detail is overlooked. The breakfast was superb but still talking of the impeccable service. A perfect 10 all around.
When I arrived at 10AM, there was no room ready (understandable), but when I returned in the afternoon, I was shown to a room with a worker working on scaffolding directly outside my window. The second room was fine, but I was disappointed that the clerk had initially no problem assuming he could leave us in a room where we could all wave to a worker!
Excellent staff . relaxing atmosphere. Superior service Breakfast at €29(orange juice and cereal) for a 12 yr old is way too pricey!
It was a gorgeous hotel - the breakfast was a bit pricey but it was lovely
The staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant.
the feeling of luxury, excellent service from all of the staff, reception staff were very professional as were porters bar prices are a little on the high side.. Thats dublin i suppose
The quality of the food was the best in the world and so were the staff especially Helen we just loved it. Everything was perfect
Breakfast was insanely good, the best part of our stay.
central location poor dining in facilities
The central location of the hotel and car parking facilities and friendliness of the staff Slight confusement getting from the carpark into the hotel
Decor and quality of room. Main reception was a bit officious when we first arrived. We had been delayed due to weather problems and I didnt think we got sufficient attention due to the fact it was late evening.
Quiet and good location gym was very minimal, staff not overly attentive
The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly all during our stay, from check-in, having a 4 pm tea with a group of 12, and at check-out. The staff in the bar were outstanding in their cooperation to assist in setting aside and preparing a place for our afternoon group tea. Wonderful Irish friendliness.
Convenient locatoin and overall appearance of the hotel/room. Small room but manageable.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Within walking distance to all central attractions in Dublin. The worst thing was on entering and leaving via the front enterance there was an awful smell of smoke and several people stood on the front steps smoking. Off putting.
Location was good. Bar & Restaurant were all very good although expensive - where isn't in Dublin?! Bed, although double, was a bit small and uncomfortable. Air conditioning in room did not work properly (room was freezing though we did not complain) as did guest services on the TV for one whole day so it was hard to find any information as that was where the hotel directory is.
I like this Hotel and stay there often.
central location; beautiful hotel the service in the hotel bar/cafe was very slow, I had to ask 2 different members of staff and both said they couldn't serve me, on locating the appropriate member of staff she was slightly unpleasant and when served the food ordered came sporadically and not all at once
Central location, friendly staff, reasonable rate. Lack of car parking facilities
The staff are very friendly. Good location for shopping and the O2. The fire alarm went off at 9am!!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was superb I thought it was a little expensive given economic climate and time of year.
The Friendly staff and the Hotel Location
Very convenient location. Bright and spacious Had one disappointing food experience, but it was dealt with in a most professional manner by the manager
Comfortable walking distance from the city centre, very clean and spacious rooms. We didn't try the swimming pool thanks to the very good weather in Dublin during our stay! Very good breakfast.
very modern and plenty of comfortable seating areas all over the hotel building work around the hotel but it did not spoil our stay
The bar was welcoming, the staff were very informative and a nice atmosphere in the hotel No signage for the toilets adjoining the bar and alot of people were asking the whereabouts of the toilets
Its convience. One reception staff, even though he was very helpful and polite was wearing heavy jewelry, a dirty friendship bracelet and shirt collar buttons not closed, he just did not look the part, not professional looking, I wondered what did visitors to our country think of it. Also no Irish whole meal soda bread at breakfast only bakery yeast bread, (not the same thing) Tinned fruit was so disappointing with so much fresh fruit available, yes there was a bowl of whole fresh fruit, but some chopped up would be so much nicer. Also, suggestion, Clonakilty black & white puddings are the best, you should try them.
Ease of Check in, staff were very helpful. Very good location
I liked the rooms and workout facilities and the staff were very helpful answering any questions.
I liked the actual building and relaxing bar areas I didn't think it was five star standard
Very comfortable beds, and climate control. Warm, obliging staff who responded quickly to all requests. Good parking, free internet access, very good breakfast and easy access to public transport with quite a few bus routes. Room service was prompt and very good. Could not find a bad point to say about this hotel
The welcome and the comfortable surroundings, the nice breakfast and the helpful staff. I noticed that the window in my room was very draughty - it was a windy night and there was a definite breeze blowing in. I imagine you would save money on your heating costs if you addressed it - room 207.
Shower door in 302 had mold but less than the door frame. The furnishings and furniture may be better Scandinavian (cleaner) than Old English - hiding the dirt and dust.
Grand setting with fantastic gardens. The rooms smelt of smoke, even though I had a no smoking room. Which had recent cigarette burns to the curtains. Bathroom not quite up to standard (the shower was designed for short people, not even shorter!)
Convenient to Dublin and the accomodations were very nice for the money.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the room was a bit dusty and for it to sleep 3 people the needs to be more towels and tea items to facilitate as we had to contact reception. N/A
From room service to front desk staff, all were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel needs a bit of updating (carpets, draperies, furniture but other than that, it was a good stay.
The room was by most standards extremely quiet, and the gardens provide a splendid setting.
Able to accommodate early check in request, friendly staff Tv didn't work, took 3 attempts to resolve lounge facilities were able to be booked by non-residents meaning it was very difficult to find a suitable table or seat. I was informed by the hotel that they never booked more than 50% of the sofas, this was not the case as one stage all had reserved signs on them
Had lovely food and wine in bar! Staff very friendly! We asked for 3 separate beds but I had to sleep on a roll in which would fit. Child and the mattress was poor quality!
The hotel was lovely and the staff were really friendly. Would love to stay again. We arrived late around 9 so the restaurant was fully book which was fine as the girl at receiption told us that the bar were serving a substancial menu, we were delight as we were straving but when we went to the bar all they were serving soup and salads had we know this we would have got room service as it had such a variety.
The room was spacious and clean. The food served in the bar was excellent and the bar staff were very friendly. The staff at the front desk were not helpful (I tried to get directions to get out of the city and they were most unhelpful and quite rude). The room was nice and spacious, but the extra bedding provided as part of the 'family room' was of very poor standard and very unconfortable. If you stay in this hotel do not accept room 127, it's just beside a can/water machine and main entrance to rooms and it was terribly loud up until 3 or 4 am. Perhaps our experience would have been different if we happened to be in a different room.
it was easily accessable from city one person in restaurant was quite rude to myself and another lady while getting a table for breakfast
Very helpful staff.very clean and comfortable.Nice relaxing atmosphere.Excellent food.
located close to where I had business. Breakfast not included, €11.00 for a continental breakfast is too much, also I wanted a couple of poached eggs but was told I had to go to another restaurant in the hotel for these as the one I was in did not do hot food!
Extremely helpful staff, beautiful venue. A bit pricey, but the full service and excellent rooms justify the price if you're looking for a luxurious stay.
location to RDS
Bar area,nice ambience,relaxing
Location and standard of room Breakfast was very poor standard and selection - Irish Breakfast at €12
The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Great Staff and so affordable. I am a student traveling and this hotel was awesome and I have pretty high standards :) It was a slight bus ride to the center of town but that was only a pound or so it wasnt that hard at all
we requested lowest floor possible and were placed on the ground floor which was excellent. ease of parking below the hotel.good breakfast. our only problems were at breakfast. 1) limited selection of juice. I prefer tomato and only apple/orange offered. 2) the self service toast machine caused a bottleneck.
Rooms were standard. Towels in bathroom were grey from over washing instead of white.
Fantastically clean and well designed. Not a thing. we loved it.
This hotel is fantastic! I stayed at another 5-star hotel in Dublin on this same trip and the two don't compare. The service and accommodations were infinitely superior at The Marker- and The Marker was cheaper. An outstanding hotel and excellent value! The only 'downfall' to the hotel is the location. It's in the Docklands area, which is up and coming but is about a 15-minute walk to the more popular tourist areas such as visiting Trinity College, Grafton Street, etc.
Location was excellent
The location couldn't be more central. It's luxury accommodation with top class food and service and all the extras you could imagine Not enough power points/sockets in the room for a modern tech age. The AC unit had mold on it
Efficiency and friendliness of the staff; well-appointed, comfortable, clean room.
the location and the rooms and the speed of check in nothing
Comort, facilities, closeness to the centre of *everything* in Dublin Gaining access at 5:30 am was slow
Hotel is very difficult when parking
Staff were very attentive in all areas reception, restaurant, etc
concierge recommendations great breakfast Very small room with minimal closet space and walking space and a step down to get to the bathroom Had larger room for less money on my 5 previous stays here
The central position of the hotel and also the overall excellent quality made for a very good short break.
Pleasant environment, very nice location, friendly staff and spacious clean and luxurious room. The bed was too soft and streetnoise from nightlife
The staff were fantastic and the location perfect for some city shopping and exlporing the city The quality of room service food to cost was not the best
Breakfast was wonderful Staff (especially Tommy on front desk) were very helpful Location Handicap room, which was not suited for others with low and very small sink. Shower type assured water to go over the floor.
The facilities for the children, particularly the hour's golf tuition that was available through the childrens' club.
Staff were very friendly and the facilities were excellent. Check in was both prompt and welcoming. The safe did not work in the room and the TV remote was most complicated - possibly me but not just a simple switch on.
Very relaxing, comfortable and peaceful surroundings.
The spa and the friendliness, the willingness to go the extra mile.
Set in Irelands Garden County, you've the best of nature at your finger tips. Fantastic setting, lovely staff, nice pool for kids.
This is the second visit to the hotel, we found the staff very helpful I did not like the cobwebs in my room 119 on the lampshade and the ceiling. There isnt any shop for incidentals you might wish to purchase.
Excellent in all respects.
the rooms were very nica and the staff very friendly and helpful no
Just getting to this hotel caused us problems...no signs...no indication of where to park....very badly laid out arrival. Having returned late to the hotel we were hungry so after being told in the bar that food was about to stop (10.50pm) we decided to room order.....for 2 toasted sandwiches and 2 fries we were charged €34.....very overpriced!! as it arrived nearly 25min later and was cold!!
Very comfortable bedrooms. Also, they seem to have got the heating level just write in the bedrooms, and public areas. Nothing
The location - opposite the Point (O2 concert venue) and Dublin Wheel with the LUAS (tram) in to town at the door. Ample car parking (at discounted rate of €14 for 24 hours). The service was excellent and the food was generous and of good quality. Lovely "design" room with balcony. I had no complaints during my stay but if someone wanted to spend a nigh out in town they would have to get a taxi back once the trams finish - too far to walk.
This hotel is brilliant. The staff are all really helpful & welcoming. The facilities are grwat & the rooms are amazingly sleek & spotless. Nothing
Ate in the bar. They put on MNS on SS1 so saw the Leicester v Chelsea game too
Rooms were lovely - staff very friendly & free wifi was appreciated Had two meals - I wasn't impressed with either but the steak my friend had was lovely!
As a fairly frequent traveler, this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Spotless, classy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel inside. My room was also one of the quietest I've experienced. Just an all around great hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the area. Close to the airport, but not exactly the safest place to be during late day/early evening (as told to me by a policeman when I had gotten a bit lost returning to my hotel from downtown and was checking to see if I was heading in the correct direction). Plus, the distance from downtown is a bit of a stretch if you don't have a car. However, the LUAS (tram system) is right outside the door, so that was partly my fault as I had not reviewed the transportation system prior to my trip.
Beautiful hotel and very modern and clean. The shower was wonderful! After oversleeping I missed out on the breakfast I had prepaid and the hotel would not refund me for it.
The man that greeted us as we were checking in, I believe he had to be the owner, he was just such a nice & welcoming person. I could hear the other guests thru the walls, they weren't doing anything wrong & it wasn't even that loud. It's just a comment.
Comfort and convenient location No
Location to center of Dublin
I was lucky because my room was quiet, facing the backstreet.
in my room there aren't hot water for 2 days.
Location very good - near to main street and 10 min walk to river side. Easy access to buses nearby.
Great Breakfast food with the most lovely staff. Irish Music in the hotel bar with Fire place going. It was great to have our familiy in one room...although the bathroom was so very small. with a tiny tv ... plus a smaller size room than our friends family room we traveled with yet paid the same price. Water pressure is not at all good either with cold showers on many occasion.
friendly helpful staff . excellent evening meal great irish entertainment on fri and sat nights adjoining breakfast room has no heating so it was too cold to go in so we waited for a table in the main room staff were great and hurried to sort a table for us .
the second room we had very peaceful the first night we had a room overlooking a main road worst nights sleep of my life
The personal attention and friendliness. There were workmen in the building during my stay. A bit noisy and dusty.
Can't beat the excellent location on St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Staff is very professional and efficient. Rooms are nicely appointed, if a little small for two adults. Breakfast was excellent with great and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends. Rooms are small and awkward space for two adults.
Location was great, just off the main street (Grafton). Shower pressure was amazing. Staff very attentive. Rooms are smallish when compared to the Fitzwilliam in Belfast. This might be the average room size for this type of room in Dublin.
we loved our bedroom, good size and beautiful decor;also it was warm and quiet and comfortable When sitting in the restaurant there was quite a breeze coming up from the lobby and we felt cold
The location and the staff were excellent. The stereo does not work with current I-Pods.
The bed was perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. In the evening, I had a bath and the water was not as hot as I would have liked for a bath.
This hotel is in a terrific Dublin location. Everything is convenient from St Stephen's Green. The hotel is luxurious and well-appointed with many nice details. I did not eat there, so cannot speak to the restaurant side of the deal. The rooms are a little small but nicely finished and the heated bathroom floor and loaner umbrellas were fabulous touches. I was amazed that the room is small - on a par with a London hotel perhaps of similar class. The only quibble I noticed was the quality of the built-in closet in my room. The doors were of poor quality material and didn't quite close accurately on their hinges. A small gripe for an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay.
The staff and customer service was superb. We had a problem with our room and it was sorted instantly with complimentary wine and chocs, etc Try to avoid a room on the sixth floor as there is some noise from the ventilation/heating systems on the roof in the rooms
Nice room and bathroom, excellent location, friendly staff, efficient bussiness center Too small double-bed for a five stars hotel, overpriced breakfast
The location was great and the staff was very nice. For $385 per night the room was small, the bathrooms were quirky and bfast should be included...
it was so central
Great location. Comfortable. Great staff.
Friendly staff and peace and quiet
How relax everyone was and how friendly the staff where some rooms e.g. single could do with a make over
Peace & quiet nothing
I had the same room as in pictures, clean, nice, just excellent. The location is perfect. Close to the airport (20 min by bus 16a) and very close to the city center (10 min by any bus). Bus stop is next to the hotel. In the neighbourhood are Tesco, a Thai restaurant (very good and not expensive), kiosk, Croke Park. This is the best place to stay in Dublin.
We were in a newly refurbished room, very big and clean. No clock.
exellent hotel.handy for public transport busstop right outside.
valuable price for money, longer walking distance to the city centre
nothing the food was awful had to send back my meal turkey dinner the manager in fairness to him did not charge me for it the potatoes were awful not creamed the rost potato was hard and the vegg was either off or dirty i asked for a disabled room!! i got a room on the 3rd floor with no disabled bathroom or any facilities i would not recomend it for disabled people 3rd floor is not disabled and no bathroom facilities in theroom for disabled people
We stayed in a very comportable room, it was newly decorated and very clean, all the staff were very friendly and professional and the food was very good.
the room was excellent! the bed was so soft and comfortable! also the hotel staff was so helpful and very nice! it was a great experience all around!!!!
The staff were friendly and most helpful. The hotel was quiet, and it took me just a few minutes to reach a lovely Park, and St Stephen's Green. Also, the food was delicious.
Staff and location House keeping was poor. Mini bar was not restocked. I had a shower before going out for the evening, the towles were not changed. Never experienced that in any other hotel .
The location was pretty good. The room was clean. The entrance and lobby were dirty and dated. The staff didn't seem to care at all.
The pillows! The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Whilst the hotel is very nice, I think that it is over-priced.
cosy room, good location and helpfull staff beverage and food costs
Great location...we walked everywhere. Restaurant was expensive and not great, plus breakfast was not included. Comfortable, clean rooms. The restaurant was expensive. Breakfast was not included in the room rate.
the bed very poor selection of food, service had drop from my last stay
location internet speed staff expensive
Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, polite, and engaging. I particularly liked how they helped direct us around Dublin to the places we wanted to visit. Excellent service! Nothing!
The hotel was perfect for a short city break as it is so central. The breakfast is spectacular and the staff were so friendly. The beds in the rooms are some of the best ever as they are so comfy and have beautiful white linen on them.
I liked the general quietness and the sense of privacy in the hotel. I also liked the staff who were very helpful and welcoming.
The Conrad was in a great location, close to the city. The room was spotless and the staff helpful and friendly. It wa saa bonus on the day of check-out that we could leave the car as long as we liked for no extra charge - ideal for that last bit of shopping. We'll definitely return and would recommend the Conrad to anyone wanting to be close to the city.
Comfortable room, decent shower. Lemongrass restaurant food was bland, as was the wine.
hotel is impressive, not recommended for someone visiting dublin and for tours . the train was too late to allow us to get the tours leaving Dublin and the taxi hotel said it would be 25-30 euros to take us there , but changed 35. uber was 24 Not recommended for someone visiting dublin and for tours, train was too late to allow for tours leaving Dublin and the taxi said it would be 25-30 euros to take us there, but changed 35. Uber was 24. No ice in hotel and ordered ice was never delivered
Rooms, the front lobby and the grounds. No.
I deal position for shopping & local entertainment very close to O'connell Street for shopping. Would stay at this hotel again
It was pretty central to Dublin Town. We would have liked a drink on our return to hotel but we had to wait until some of the staff took our order as some of the guests told us the bar was closed.
quiet but within walking distance of town center
The breakfast was very good During the night there was something noisy in the bathroom. It did not last the whole night .
Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast (reserve a day early and save 3 euros). Helpful staff. DIY baggage, clinging shower curtain, no hand towel ring / bar. Door hook broken.
We had a quiet room in a city hotel, much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very easy to find coming from Dublin airport.
The rooms were very well designed. The bed was probably the best I have slept in and the shower and bathroom were excellent. No
We arrived late and the young man on reception was incredibly helpful. He was under pressure from some guests booking in ahead of us - obviously tired business men but remained cool, calm and friendly. Even apologising for the delay in registering us. He was most helpful also in relation to parking as the car park was full. This guy could give Customer Care Courses. Would have really liked to be able to reserve a car parking space. This would have given us the comfort of knowing the car had a safe home for the night and would have made our morning departure much easier.
It's a brand new hotel, with modern rooms and facilities, very close to the centre. Good value for money.
Great location and very clean and friendly atmosphere.
The rooms are new and clean and the beds are very comfy and the central location The lack of parking, the information about the lack of parking, the chaos at breakfast as everything ran out and I had to keep asking for things, all the staff are foreign nationals and their English is of poor standard
We had a pleasant stay at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square West. Staff is friendly Checkout and Check in was prompt and easy Location is great, just five to ten minutes walk to Oconell Street Area is safe Rooms are good sized and clean Cleaning staff is friendly Wifi is good
