Cons (-) Our water was turned off the first night. When I asked about it being turned on staff was not polite. No compensation was given.

Pros (+) We stayed here before in May this year and enjoyed our stay. This time they were renovating all the rooms and we got one of the newly renovated King suites which was beautiful. All the hall and breakfast areas had new carpet and paint and still had lots more to be done over the next month. Cons (-) Now for the reason of only a 4 star rating or less. During the renovations all of the room doors were removed and replaced after the room was done. The problem is they were not replaced properly on a lot of the rooms and don't close or lock properly. Be sure to check your door and make sure it closes and locks completely, ours did not.
