Pros: Beautiful, clean rooms with a fantastic view and a nice layout. Can't think of how they'd improve it.
Pros: The cleanliness and maintenance
Pros: Everyone was friendly and nice, prompt, and professional.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant on location, but the front desk had info and menus of some local places that delivered.
Pros: Room size, courteous staff, pool, robes provided, beach access, complimentary coffee in lobby is excellent quality
Cons: Age/wear of room, bed was uncomfortable, wet bar sink did not work
Pros: The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. We had almost a full kitchen, two full baths and a hot tub. Balcony and free wifi were available as well. They also provide free bikes.
Cons: Cleanliness was somewhat disappointing based on prior experiences

Pros: Nice size apartment with comfortable bed and convenient kitchenette with lots of necessities provided (dish soap, broom, etc.). Location was convenient to just about everywhere and there were plenty of good restaurants and taverns within walking distance. The property is quaint and has a comfy, friendly feel. Andre was very helpful. Good place for a single traveler or a couple
Cons: Some of the furnishings could be updated a little and the bathroom fixtures seemed a little delicate. If I were to stay longer a pool would have been nice.
Bring the kids when you stay at Wiggins Pass Chalet in Naples and they can enjoy the free kids' club. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Free bike rentals and a terrace are other highlights, and apartments offer conveniences like kitchens and washers/dryers.
Pros: My room had a great view, and I was close to the beach. I had lots of room to spread out and even invite friends over.
Cons: The ac in my living room didn't work at all, so that room was very hot. Both ac units were SO noisy! The rooms felt clammy. I wish there had been an onsite place to eat breakfast, but there were places nearby. It's just that the construction made it tough to get to places easily. One of the pools was not available, so we we couldn't find chairs near the operating pool.
Pros: This is the second time we stay at the Neptune and we LOVE it! It's very clean and bright in the rooms. Love having all the amenities of home with the living room and kitchen.. They do such a great job cleaning the place every day. The beach is AMAZING and the pools are too. The Plumeria tree was in bloom...what a bonus! Mmmmmm
Pros: Very relaxing stay. Nice Room and service. Employees were very courteous to us. Easy access to beach.
Cons: Just couldn't stay longer.
Pros: The rooms were very clean, both in looks and smell. The tiled floors made it easy to keep things clean even when there was a lot of traffic in and out of the room. The room was very spacious and had a small kitchen area that was very convenient.
The pools were pristine and a nice alternative to the beach. There were ample beach chairs available and clean beach towels were available at the desk without having to "check them out". There was a nice mix of sun and shade available by the pools and where the patio met the beach.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. There were many very nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
When you stay at The Neptune Resort, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Lovers Key State Park. Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests can keep active with onsite parasailing. Rooms feature bonuses like sofa beds, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Cons: Rooms need a refresh, wear and tear of everyday use has the facility needing improvement compared to other Hampton Inns.

Pros: The owners and staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The location was very central to the entire area for sight seeing and fishing. The resort rented pontoon boats at reasonable prices.
Cons: There was no patio for the room we rented. (All others have a patio area). There was no outside, grassy area with chairs/tables to sit and watch the waterway. There was a bench on the dock for fishing, but no shade from the sun.
Pros: Great location and rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beach is right across the street and you can fish in the pier in the back of the resort.
Cons: Staff not to bad, but need a little more customer service.
Pros: Close to great fishing spots, a clean quite place.

A fully equipped kitchen and a seating area are found in each bright accommodation at the Bonita Beach Resort Motel. Every rental is equipped with cable TV, a dining table and ironing facilities. Guests can take advantage of the on-site barbeque facilities or enjoy an afternoon of fishing. Fax and photo copying services are provided for added convenience. Central Bonita Beach is 15 minutes’ drive from the property. Lovers Key State Park is less than 4 miles away.
Pros: We loved the one bedroom villa with the full kitchen and amazing views of the beach and marina. The resort had everything you would want right on property. Loved that you could take the bus/trolley to the downtown area of Ft Myers beach.
The bellman were the most helpful and nice guys! Any questions we had they were more than accommodating.
We went fishing with Mike and LOVED every minute of it. We did the back bays and it was perfect. The waves are not big in the back bays so you do not need to worry about sea sickness.
We also did the dolphin wave runner tour with Garret that was on property. It was one of the best tours we have ever taken. They let you go fast and also bring you right up close to the dolphin and manatees.
I would recommend this resort for people traveling with kids.
Pros: My mother and step father booked a vacation here and we drove down from St Petersburg to see them. We only stayed at the resort for 2 days/1 night. We had a wonderful time and the resort was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and very inviting. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. I have worked in the hospitality industry as a security manager for several years and I was extremely impressed with the pink shell. I will be returning here for another stay in the future.
Pros: The location is perfect. It's nice that the umbrellas and chairs are included. The three pools were nice, too, so that families, children, and adults can have their own space. Neil, a security guard there, was extremely personable. They let you stay after check-out to enjoy the amenities which is great! The main lobby is beautiful. I loved the giant checker board and the fact that there was an arcade.
Cons: The room was pretty expensive for what it was. The patio and view was great and the kitchen for extended stays is nice, too. But for a one night stay, it was pretty pricey. Not to mention that there were 3 of us, so we had to pay $17 for one breakfast (which was a great buffet, but our third person should have been included, especially for what we paid for the room). It was a little confusing navigating the 3 different buildings, especially when first arriving and parking. I wish there were some pool toys available, but it seemed like they tried to charge you for everything they could.
Pros: We had a wonderful time as a couple. Our sweet had 2 balconies overlooking the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on our lanai watching the sunset. Service was excellent! We will definitely be coming back with our little ones!
Cons: It took a while to get a hold of someone at the reception desk when we had a question. But that was it.
Pros: The staff was the friendliest and most professional across the board.
Cons: Private loud company party at the pool.
Pros: Our stay at the Pink Shell was top notch. Wonderful staff, great rooms and good value. We have a young family and stayed in the Captiva Villas, perfect set-up. Will be coming back in the future!
Pros: Rooms were great, views were beautiful, friendly staff! And breakfast was free & very tasty!
Pros: Everthing about the hotel. was great. i want to take the mattress home with me
Cons: it was cloudy
Pros: Loved, loved this location. The resort was top notch. I loved the oceanfront villa's. The one we stayed in was 1 bedroom, with full kitchen, washer/dryer. The breakfast buffet at Jack's was including each morning. Wonderful assortment of all breakfast items. Beach chairs and umbrella were definitely a plus! They had activities going on during the day (although we did not partake) we were there just to relax. The walk into the pier and downtown area was not too far. Maybe about 15 minutes on the beach. Beautiful sunsets, great accommodations overall!
Cons: The coffee ~ was a bit bitter tasting. Otherwise top notch!
Pros: Paddle boards and kayaks are included. Wristband gets you everything. No need to carry a wallet.
Pros: Friendly staff, location, sun.............
Pros: Overall very nice
Cons: Beach could have been cleaner
Located in a playful and friendly atmosphere at the exclusive northern tip of Fort Myers Beach, on 1,500 feet of sugary white sand, Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina is the only resort among all Fort Myers Beach Hotels where every studio, villa, and condo faces the Gulf of Mexico. providing every guest with a sweeping beachfront view.
Pros: Updated decor and friendly front desk staff.
Cons: Room was on the first floor and I could hear noise from the lobby. Light coming from under the door and through the closed curtins made it difficult to sleep.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, bedroom and bath were clean. That's my primary concern, so I would stay here again. Facilities are minimal, but on par with the value pricing, so acceptable to me. Nothing wrong with the staff, but nothing more than you would expect at a fast food franchise either. So if you're looking for something with a little bit of a concierge flair, nicer ameneties and atmosphere, and a little additional service like food and beverage, you'd better stick with the Hyatt Place up the road.

Pros: Waterfront, All Rooms have beach view. Great location.
Walking distance from the peer and all restaurants.
No room service for food.
Although the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are rented by another company different that the hotel I think the hotel should encourage the rental company to update the wooden chairs that they have to offer. They are really old and very small.
Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Close to pier and restaurants. Right on the beach!
Pros: My family and I loved everything about this hotel. Great location, clean, yummy continental breakfast, and you can't beat the ocean views from every room. We DEFINITELY plan on returning.
Cons: Our only disappointment was leaving.

Pros: Large rooms and balconies, separate pools for adults and children. Water sports.
Cons: Pool didn't open until about 9. Far from the action but I appreciated that so no bar noise.
Pros: The hotel is away from all the bustle of the "main drag" on Estero Island, and relatively quiet. Clean, comfortable room with a great view of the Gulf. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had about good restaurants, etc. Elevator in my building, good since I was on the top floor.
Cons: Pool closed at dusk; would have liked it to be open until later as it would have been nice to have been able to relax poolside in the evenings. Stove top in the room but no oven, no breakfast or even coffee provided in the mornings.
Cons: Room had some bugs in bathroom and kitchen areas
Prices a little high for quality and size
Sandpiper Gulf Resort is a charming Fort Myers Beach hotel set on the 315 feet of pure, white sand in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. With just 63 spacious Fort Myers Beach suites, modeled in classic British West Indies style, were not one of those towering Fort Myers Beach hotels with all the commotion associated with large crowds. The Sandpiper is a boutique Florida Beach resort hotel set on a breathtaking stretch of beach in the heart of Estero Island.
Cons: We passed 4 or 5 times to find the hotel, it was difficult to spot it. They told us that they were not allowed to put a sign on the road.
AC was right beside the bed and it was very noisy. No fan in a bathroom which was unusual in a hotel.
Pros: My husband and I were in the area for the weekend. Good location for us. Also liked that there was a free breakfast and Wi-fi. We'd stay again.
Cons: We requested a quiet room. We didn't exactly get one. They put us at the end of a hall where there is door to the outside. It banged until quite late with guests going in and out. Thank God for earplugs!
Pros: Breakfast was good, staff polite
Cons: Room was very hot. Very uncomfortable entire time.

Pros: Location was near everything from beach to business to family owned restaurant.
Cons: Ongoing construction at entrance.
Pros: I really enjoyed my interactions with the staff.
Pros: The location related to where I needed to be for my trip. I was able to walk to the location from how close it was.
Pros: I like bed bed
Cons: It wasn't ready when promised.I got 4 not 3 or 2 or 1 one like like you should have. I've stay in hotels before, probably about 10 a year. This one is the worst of the worst.
The first one wasn't ready so they put me in a different one, which was occupied by her children, the next one had been cleaned yet, now I've been waiting 4 hrs. Then they put me in a 4th. you don't know it until you go to bed if they have BED BUGS. OMG you could see them and the staff said "this is Florida, what do you expect?"
The place should be torn down.
Pros: Good size room with every thing we have been looking for in a hotel for the 2 weeks we have been in Florida but have not found until now. Will definitely book into Comfort Inns in the future. Stayed 2 nights instead of just one.

Pros: This is a simple, family-run place. The gardens and pool were beautiful. The rooms are basic and old-fashioned, but clean. The managers were friendly and informative.
Cons: On a busy street; easy to get to/from the airport but not scenic
Pros: Beautiful breakfast garden

Pros: The manager was super friendly and accommodating. Love the fact that they have chairs, coolers, sand toys if you aren't able to bring them. Pool area is big with great chairs and lounges. The room is huge & has a great kitchen. Easy access to the beach. All in all I would stay there again.
Cons: The only problem with the room was that the beds seemed old and sunk in the middle.
Dolphin Inn Resort puts you just a 5-minute drive from Lovers Key State Park. You can get a workout in at the outdoor tennis court or take a dip in the outdoor pool. All rooms feature microwaves and free WiFi.
Pros: Fair location, friendly staff, decent mattresses, nice bathroom apart from the old shower head.
Cons: Got woken up at 9AM on the day of my departure by housekeeping...then interrupted while showering at 10:30. Checkout is at noon. There is NO REASON to disturb anyone who has not yet checked out before then, let alone twice.
Pros: Great staff. Really nice breakfast. Newly refurbished and very clean.
Pros: everything except the elevator
Cons: This hotel really needs a second elevator.
Cons: It was under construction.

Pros: The beds were great, the staff was wonderful and everything was aesthetically pleasing. It was in a perfect location for what we were needing. I slept well, and I would stay again. I would just bring my own pillow.
Cons: The pillows were flat and the AC was insufficient size to properly cool the whole room. I would say it was about 77 degrees, cool enough without blankets but not ideal. Housekeeping has room for improvement, as the corners under the vanity had a collection of dirt and dust that didn't just happen overnight. The carpeting needs replaced, it feels almost 'sticky'.
Cons: The pool floor was filled with algae. This was a nice hotel 25 years ago. Also, breakfast wasn't included.
Pros: This hotel was excellent for the price we paid. The room was very roomy and clean. The hotel is small but has a nice pool and deck/bar area in front of a lake. Plenty of nice restaurants close by, driving distance from the beach. Recommend it for the value and quality
Pros: Friendly staff and location close to very good restaurants at the Promende
Cons: Mattresses. There was a somewhat musty smell in the hallways on the 3rd floor
Cons: Because we didn't book direct and paid less they put us in a room close to the highway, with all that noise which was made worse be a use the ac unit did not get cold. As a result we had to sleep with the sliding door open. The beds are not queen but full size. There are little ants everwhere. The carpet is buckled and a tripping hazard. We were there 4 nights but they only cleaned twice. Once without even vacuuming. When I complained they told me below market fairs don't get the nicer rooms and I should book directly next time!
Pros: Pretty appearance, close to restaurants. Parking convenient.
Cons: Really dirty carpets in our room- our socks were black in short order. You have to pay for the continental breakfast, and worse yet, you have to pay for a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. Very poor business type office with old equipment and operating systems. There was even a charge for using the business center that I avoided because I could not get my work done. Extremely poor wifi signal everywhere. I had to use my phone hotspot the whole time. Staff shrugged this off as an "xfinity problem", offering no other solution.
Pros: location and comfort
Cons: no problems
Pros: Everything was very Clean, the staff is really nice and the hotel in general is really confortable and pretty.
Cons: the breakfast was a little poor maybe if they add scrambled eggs and some pancakes will be better and the restaurant although the food is really good they don't have much variety.
Pros: The location was very convenient.
Cons: When we checked in, no assisted us with our luggage. One of the days when we returned to our room the door was open and no one was in the room, Housekeeping had cleaned and refreshed and had not shut and locked the door behind them.
Hotel guests will be able to use many popular championship golf courses nearby. The Gulf beaches, including Lovers Key State Park, are minutes away by car.Just down the road is the Coconut Point Mall featuring numerous shops and restaurants.Neighboring the hotel are the Shops at the Promenade, an upscale speciality retail center with stores featuring fashions, gifts and galleries. The Promenade also includes four restaurants, all with indoor and outdoor seating.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location, excellent restaurant, warm pool, etc. we'll go there again.
Pros: Convenient walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating to our later afternoon flight departure. Nice having the ground level showers to use when returning from the beach.
Cons: The early morning food service trucks were slightly annoying.

Pros: The location is great. Our unit was very clean and had wonderful views. The balcony is such a plus. It added extra space as well as ambience for looking out over the water. We had only planned to stay for one night and extended our stay to 3 nights.
