Pros (+) Maid service did not make beds every day, just replaced towels and emptied trash. Very spacious except the hanging rack in the master bedroom left clothes hanging very nearly on the bed itself. Just pastries and fruit for breakfast, no hot eggs or sausage.

Pros (+) When we arrived Aaron took the time to speak with me about various kid friendly locations. He told me the history of the town and the very best restaurants that have the best prices and are kid/family friendly. It was a big help having a 2 year old. The hotel was clean in appearance as our room. The room did not smell like cigarettes like other hotels we have stayed in before.
Cons (-) The pool was not open yet. I can understand why it was not open, but a sign would have been useful.
