Great place for family at affordable price
Excellent value for the money.
Cigarette burns on the floor and residual smoke smell (faint).
The location was convenient for why I was there.
The check-in service was a little slow. My room wasn't ready, but the employee was apologetic. After that the service was great.
Room was dirty; staff refunded money
Great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Friendly customer service.
I was looking for a Continental breakfast instead of a grab and go bar.
Extremely friendly,accommodating, professional staff.
the Staff very friendly
The smell of the corridors Not so good
The price and location were excellent. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Public areas (hallways and stairways) were atrocious. Carpet held down by duct tape and clearly not clean. The entire hall had a bad odor. Room was not clean. Asked to use sweeper to clean up several 'stink bugs' we killed upon first entering room.
I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. When I booked the rating was a bit lower than what I am used to but the price was very affordable so I was not expecting much. the room was very large, clean and comfortable. B++
Price was super cheap. Got it for $--/night.
You get what you pay for. I've stayed at several Extended Stay America's and all have been clean and comfortable. This one was dingy and the bed was terrible. I woke up with a sore back. The entire third floor wreaked of smoke.
Large rooms. Relatively smell-free.
Hallway smelled some; especially on the rainy day.
Ample space. good furniture, tv, alarm clock, kitchen facilities, full bathtub. Adequate breakfast 6:30 to 9:30
I have no complaints.
All rooms at this hotel has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
The selection for breakfast was limited to granola bars, apples and oranges, muffins and oatmeal.
sheets were filthy I took the sheets from the hide-a-bed
I did not like anything.
It was mis-listed as being in the area I was traveling in when in fact it was 2 hours behind me.
I wouldn't know. Hotel was overbooked. I was turned away in an important graduation weekend. After booking and paying for my room a month in advance!!
Had talked with the hotel the previous night... Was given details about my room... Only to be called the afternoon of check in. I was already enroute to the hotel, an hour away, and received a phone call there was noooo room for me and my elderly mom!?
Nice staff. Easy in and out.
I love having the kitchen and being able to cook in my room. It's also close to plenty of restaurants and the shopping mall. I can't believe how big the rooms are! I will definitely stay again.
Booked this hotel after seeing the picture on the website, what a joke. The kitchen is practically in the bedroom along with the last persons food on the floor. There was hair in the bathroom and about three months worth of dust on the kitchen cabinets. Staff gave us a dirty room to start with and then came with us to check the next room to ''make sure no one was in this one'', scary. The smell alone (unless of course you like the smell of ashtrays) is reason enough to stay away from the place.
