Very good
Tonisha, Apr 2024 - Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown/Center City
The staff were nice. I appreciated the free breakfast. I wish the restaurant was open for lunch time. They also need a convenience store or things that can be sold at the front desk. For example, I desperately needed some Tylenol and I didn’t have time to leave because I was working, They also give out free water.

Pros (+) Clean, well stocked with fridge, coffee, microwave. Nice finishes. Decor was fresh and exciting. Staff friendly
Cons (-) Somehow being checked out at 7am in the system and thus receiving two intruders to my room. Dangerous and a major invasion of privacy. Trying to sleep until 11am was near impossible. Scary.

On my way out she asked if I wanted to give them to her as they had a load of mail going out soon. These were small ...
Cons (-) Breakfast is a little blah, but expected.

Poor
Mayra, Apr 2017 - Fairfield Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport
Pros (+) The actual room was not bad in all fairness.
Cons (-) Families beware. Children are NOT welcome. There was parties being thrown at night. When I arrived with my child there was an argument between two men who were NOT hotel guests. The receptionist asked them to keep it down. The were fighting curse words at each other and seemed to be from the neighborhood. At breakfast my daughter and I could not have a meal because there were so many people at bre...
