Cons (-) Kayak and/or apparently booked a smoking room for me even though I requested non smoking. Luckily they had a non smoking available when I arrived but if they hadn't it would have been awful as I am allergic to cigarette smoke.

Pros (+) The hotel was available and the staff person that checked me in was wonderful. .
Cons (-) I drove to Philly for my aunts funeral. The outside door of the hotel was locked when I arrived which indicates the area is not safe. My son needed cover because it was not in the room. When we called, he was told to come down stairs and get it. The next morning, when we went down for breakfast, there were muffins that were dry and hard, and packaged oatmeal. Pros (+) The bed and chairs were clean and comfortable
Cons (-) Some maintenance was skipped before my check-in. Bathroom sink was dirty, toilet was dirty, stove had two electric burners but only one worked.

Pros (+) The proximatity to the freeway.
Cons (-) Towels and bedding were stained. Bathtub had soapscum residue, and their was not fan/vent. Mildew was present on the ceiling. The carpet had stains and there was a layer of dust on a few pieces of furniture. We also saw a roach motel on the floor, by the nightstand. Also, the checkin receptionist stated that she steals people's info for her Netflix, because she doesn't want to pay $7.99 for it so ...

Pros (+) Location was adequate and nice and clean room.
Cons (-) There was a fire @ 0330. It was a miserable night with the worst timing. It wasn't the staffs' fault with the fire situation, but how they handled the situation and compensation post fire was the problem. Management offered 25% off of one night. I thought that the whole night should have been compensated because of the time of night that the event occurred. It wasn't a good experience.

Cons (-) Lumpy beds, terrible pillows. Had the unfortunate timing with guests that were smoking weed.
