I can’t think of anything that could be improved unless there was a skybridge across the road between the rental car places and the hotel. Crossing that road with people speeding like maniacs you felt you took your life in your hands

Anonymous, Sep 2020 - Philadelphia Airport Marriott
Pros (+) Close to airport. Great rate b/c of covid. Beds were quite comfortable.
Cons (-) Bathroom sink would not drain upon arrival. I called the front desk and was put on terminal hold, even though the hotel was practically empty. Finally fixed the problem my self by climbing under the sink. The front desk never called back. Signage in room to talk about how/when the room was last cleaned/disinfected would have been helpful.

Joseph, Dec 2019 - Philadelphia Marriott Old City
Pros (+) The room was old and dirty. It looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned for a long time. The door latch looked like someone had previously tried to use a knife or something to break in and the damage was just painted or stained over.
