I thought the DoubleTree was a nicer place than what I experienced! The staff was not friendly, I felt rushed checking in and there was no one else waiting. Was not told how to get to the room nor was I explained anything about my stay other than parking was an extra charge and that wasn’t clear. My room was in need of an update. facility are good location perfect but my only issue its the rude employees reception was rude i ask why its a 200 us deposit if i already pay for my reservation and also show rhe same business credit card no one can explain why 200 deposit on a full pay reservation and i call for room service and say that i have to down stairs for pick up my food ( i kind of room service its this? )

Pros (+) Staff was phenomenal. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, security, snack shop, etc.) was very professional courteous and overall nice!
Cons (-) Smell of urine and cannabis was not so good.

Pros (+) The location is great and very well located to everything in town.
Cons (-) There is a lot of noise on Brad street every night and the older building does nothin to isolate it. Dirt bikes and ATVs tear up and down the street all night. The police do little to stop it but it is extremely loud. I didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire week.

Pros (+) One of our rooms had a fabulous view of city hall, and broad street (#617). The other room (#606) had views that looked onto a/c units, etc, on the roof. We kept the curtains closed. Beds were comfortable
Cons (-) The horrible view in room 606-I realize that not all rooms can have the fabulous view, but the rooms that have a bad view should cost less. No coffee shop in the lobby area. Room 606 had a very dust and mold covered a/c vent in the bathroom; I could hear the people in the next room (with a crying baby). Not all staff was friendly. No microwave.
