Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 but the room was not ready. I had to wait two hours for the room to be ready. Very unprofessional.
Staff very unprofessional and slow. Waiting two hours before room was ready
Location and room size. Suites come standard. Staff is very helpful. My room smelled smokey upon check in. They bombed the room with air freshener while I was out for the day. The manager even remembered me the next morning when I checked out.
Water pressure in the shower is a bit low. Walls are a little thin if loud neighbors are across the hallway.
Location and the suite style floor plan
The remote controls for the TV's were iffy.
The area and the quietness
The carpet had a bad smell but they did something to calm it down was unable to change rooms due to being sold out
The layout of the room was very spacious
Just the sheets that were for the pull out were dirty but did and excellent job getting me what I need.
Hotel was not worth what I paid. Very upset. Room was nasty, mold in bathroom, couch ripped very old and outdated across the board. Halls smelled of weed.
Room was nice, liked the separation of living area and sleeping.
Toilet was too low for older occupants. The front doors need to be more accessible for those with disabilities and for just bringing in luggage and luggage cart.
It was right by everything I needed to get to
breakfast needs improvement and major improvement needed... though it is continental, it can be improved.
They had to give us a new room. The first room had finger nails on the bed. The second room had hair in the shower and the sink counter.
The location for our gathering.
No. Everything was okay.
The staff was excellent and it is located close to restaurants.
Beer Containers left under the sink in kitchen, trash not taken out and tub not clean
