9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing water villa. A dream. What a great island this is. With beautiful coral. Just jump into the blue water from your villa and start exploring the underwater world. Beach us beautiful white and soft. Staff us friendly. We had an amazing experience.
Cons: The breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet and with a lot of people. This is a little bit another experience then when you're in your luxury water villa. You even are told that you can be placed on one table of 4. So you can be placed with another couple on a small table. Luckily we had the table for ourselves because we wouldn't have liked that.
7.0 Good
Pros: The island is beautiful, almost every day we met herons above water; and underwater: lots of coloured fish, small sharks, turtles... all at 5 meters from the beach. Staff was kind. Freely available used books.
Cons: mosquitoes: almost none on the first day, they then increased day after day. On the last two days, we were bitten both on the beach (in the shadow) and in our room, in spite of insecticide being daily sprayed by the staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Value for money. Provided 1 bottled water per pax at the buffet breakfast and dinner (we only asked for half board). Do not need to manage cash as all expenses (food, souvenirs, rental, activities) are charged to your room and payment at checkout.
Cons: Some of the staff at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) were not so friendly.. quite grumpy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We came here to snorkel and dive and it did not disappoint! The dive school was excellent and very professional. The marine life was mind-blowing (I’ve dived around the world and this was the best). Our private snorkel trip with the water sports facility was worth every penny, spending time with Manta Rays and Dolphins.
Cons: The cavernous buffet restaurant felt like a cattle shed. If we’d known we wouldn’t have gone half board as there were alternative places to eat.
7.5 Good
Pros: Setting is amazing
Cons: Food is terrible
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Although it is value for money, it could really benefit from an overall renovation. 80s decoration in the restaurant, lobbies and rooms, and plastic chairs and sunbeds at the beach don’t really fit to the elegance of the location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location and food was too delicious.
Cons: WiFi was poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were so many little touches that we loved such as the green mats to get sand off by every door then the ground towel inside to catch wetness dripping from bathing suit. The checking in and checking out process is extremely easy, you have no worries once you find the Fihalhohi Island Resort airport representative. The bed was made perfectly during the day, then in the evening they were turned down and often arranged in unique was such as smiley face, manta ray or heart. The manicured walking path around the island was great. The beds and pillows were the perfect comfort. The sand was raked every morning before we got up. There was a guy that brought your beach lounge chair cushion back to your cottage in the event we forgot. There were different colored lights at night so it wasn't all white lights. The rinse shower by the Blue Lagoon Cafe was nice to get salt water off. We appreciated them fogging for mosquitoes but not setting ant traps (the lizards and geckos ate the ants). There were so many little attention-to-detail features it's hard to list them all. Meal times are 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours at lunch, 1 hour for afternoon snack, then 2 hours at supper. Alcohol can be consumed from 0930-midnight with the package, outside of those hours and meal times you will be charged. Cocktails are not all inclusive. Only draft beer is all inclusive not bottles. Certain wines and certain spirits were all inclusive. Trash bins are nicely hidden with a natural boarder and therefore can he hard to find when you pick up trash from the beach that the current brought to the island. The bartenders politely take all trash with a smile and thank you.
Cons: Tips for Fihalhohi (pronounced fee aloe wee) Closed toed shoes/tennis shoes and socks are not needed on the island (maybe on the plane or to workout in the gym). Sandals, reef shoes, flip flops and barefoot is how everyone gets around. Need conservative clothing over bathing suit so you will need shorts, shirts, sarong or something of that nature in the restaurant. Sunblock and after sun/aloe. Bug spray, Citronella lemon bug spray is natural and it worked great. Don't pack beach towels or life jackets, they have them free available. More than 1 bathing suit. Long pants aren't needed. Boonie hat. Sunglasses. They also have umbrellas in the rooms for free. The ants bite, they don't spray for them because they feed the lizards/geckos. They do spray for mosquitoes, my husband still got a few bites when not wearing bug spray. If you are not there during the whale shark migration, i would not recommend the whale shark excursion, instead opt for the dolphin snorkeling excursion (we met someone who seen hundreds of dolphins). We seen no whale shark nor manta ray and it was the 2nd most expensive excursion (there is a pod of whale shark that stay there but there is a slim chance you'll see them). Get souvenirs at the airport after checkin and through security. The souvenirs are more expensive but a greater variety of souvenirs for all sorts of tastes/something for everyone. There are coffee shops and a Burger King (Dairy Queen hidden downstairs by gate 5) inside security as well so get through security and give yourself enough time to shop and eat. Everything is USD including tipping. They encourage tipping, however you can only get $100 out at a time, per room, per day. It's not an ATM, it's a cash cage. We did all inclusive with an alcohol package and it is totally worth it. The Maldives is a Muslim country and many islands are not private, therefore they do not allow alcoholic beverages.

Pros: Loved the rooms. We stayed in Overwater Bungalow. Cozy and comfortable. Loved everything about it: Bed, Sofa, Terrace, Bathroom, amenities, access to the water. Amazing place! The service is ridiculous in the best sense. People are extremely friendly, always willing to assist and help with just about any request. Staff really elevates the experience. Some will even have those small spontaneous details that make the experience memorable. Loved the Thai Restaurant. It was the only restaurant we went to twice during our stay. It is just fantastic, both the food as well as the service. Beaches are just beautiful. Real paradise. I believe the hotel offers an exceptional service, so it is good value for the money. Transfer from the airport is one of the cheapest you will find in most high-end resorts in Maldives as well. We hope we can return in the future for wedding anniversary or similar. I think the positives outweigh the negatives.
Cons: Food and drinks are pricey, no doubt. Can this be changed? Maybe not. Extras can be pricey too, especially massages. I took a beginners surfing session and if you make it an hourly rate, for general public 100$/hr surfing session, including an awesome ride to the surf break on a nice boat may seem too expensive. I think it is not that expensive (not really a negative point, but something they could improve and get more clients if prices went down a bit). Surfing (or just trying) is just a lot of fun. Now, 200+ $ for 1hr massage session, this I think is too expensive. Other extras were just too outrageous I don't even remember the numbers (swimming with whale shark, charged as a trip to the moon). And lastly, I think prices should be listed with the 10% service + 12% GST already included (this applies to everything: food, beverages, activities).

Pros: A staff member called Kadir gave us great service and the musical band were so amusing specially Javid
Cons: The prices were so high after the taxes and the spa and food prices were over rated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything : friendly caring staff ,superb location, very clean property , indeed a 5 stars hotel.Spa and massage center highly recommended.. We stayed in a sunrise above water villa: mesmerizing
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Although the reservation was a bit complexs at first place, the vacation was wonderful and heart filling. Comforting and kind staff with quality service. This resort can be the one and only unique resort because of its location and beauty. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. HASSAN from front office, who helped us like a family and a close friend. He went through all the obstacles to serve and provide us with full statisfaction during our stay. Thank you so much and much appriciated.
Cons: Was bit difficult to do the reservation. And had some complexity in email communication. Being a local the conversation can be different than an auto generated emails. I would like to recommend the reservation staff and front office to be more prompt and sharp. I was unhappy until the visit to the resort due to reservation issues. But all my frustrations went away just as I step on the resort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was amazing. Our room was upgraded at arrival and we were pleased with that as the other side of the island was very windy. Staff was amazing, always smiling and happy to help. I would mention Ruvimbo, Fayaz, Nadwan and Mr Z at restaurants and Fazeel, Hanu and Vanessa. Island was beautiful with opportunity to visit sister island and try different restaurants. Food was good and plenty of choice. it was an unforgettable holidays and we hope to come back one day.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Amazing experience overall
Cons: Prices in restaurants are a bit on the high side
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The activities. Dive center. Over water pool villa. Beautiful lagoon. Kids club. Free lunch for kids at the pool. The main pool area. Nanny service. Perfect family resort.
Cons: Service was inconsistent and slow at times. Also Buggy service was slow or unavailable a few times. Food quality can be improved especially for that price. Cocktails at Aqua bar not the quality I expected. Very slow Wifi...enough for emails and browsing but if you're a heavy social media user then better to get a sim card from the airport at arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best resort I've ever been to. Clean Islands and wonderful staff. They offer their help all the time. There are seven restaurants all excellent. Amazing arrangement for both the check-in and the checkout. Don't miss the Spa. Maybe you will think it's an overpriced place. But believe me, it's worth every dollar you will pay. I think this is a romantic place. but if you come with your kids there are so many activities they can enjoy.
Cons: WiFi could be faster.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything is amazing in this resort. the staff is out of this world and would do anything to make the stay more pleasant. the site is stunning, beach is amazing, white sand. there is a beautiful lagoon in front where swimming in the sea is such a wonderful experience. the swimming pool is beautiful. all the facilities are great the resort is very kids friendly. there is a kids club that's suitable for kids of all ages, and all staff are amazing and well experienced with kids. staff are very international! highly recommend for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
Cons: nothing too surprising but everything is very pricey. We appreciate that food is free for children which is helpful, but otherwise food (especially buffet) is extremely expensive, and all activities are also priced very high. a boat tour would go at USD85 for 1 hour or so. buffets at USD200 p.p. expect your cost on the ground to far exceed your reservation cost.

7.0 Good
Pros: After our arrive on the island the host welcome us with tour of the area. Staff was friendly and helpful with organizing excursion, one of them always go with us on the trip and they gave a good price on excursions. Guest house is quite new and is in good quiet location. In near by restaurant is very good view of the sea. 5 min walk from guesthouse is bikini beach that is nice but small, beach is beautiful only if you look towards the sea, is surrounded by ugly fences and there are some old hotel construction sites around it. At bikini beach water is warm and clear (if you overlook some seaweed) but usually is under your knee for more than 100m from beach.
Cons: We stayed in room with garden view but view was inabled since everything is visible from the outside, so you should always have your curtains covered the windows. Shower was broken and heater is often switched off and can be switched on in the cabinet, as previously noted. For cleaning the room and changing towels you always have to ask for. Bed is quite hard. Basically, this is not all inclusive but is more like full board. You have only 2 types of breakfast, for the lunch and dinner you have 6 types with veggies and fruits, so basically after two days you will ate always the same, it is also not much of a choice whit drinks. Food is tasteful but quite small portion, especially with the fish menu and breakfast. All over the island are rubbish (which they burn and often it stinks), beaches are dirty, but somehow they clean the bikini beach, which I couldn't say for the beach that belongs to the guest house. If you want to experience the festive vibes (x-mas time) you have to go to resort, in local islands it's forbidden to celebrate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at Medhufaru Inn was amazing! Abdulla the manager did everything possible to let us a feel like home. He arranged our transfer from the Airport to Guraidhoo and picked us up personally. We were welcomed with a fresh coconut and could relax on the private beach. The room was big and perfectly clean, the bed decorated with flowers and a fresh bathrobe waiting for us. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast and meals were abundant and tasted very good. Restaurant has a great location right outside the guesthouse on the private beach. We were quickly served even we enjoyed very much the view from our table. The bathroom very clean and comfortable. The roomboy was keeping everything in perfect conditions, thanks for that. We went for a walk with Abdulla and he showed us around the island, so we got introduced to maldivian life and culture. Great was the walk to the small island Losfushi over a wooden walkway with amazing colours in the lagoon. Medhufaru Inn is also a meeting point for surfers of any board, no matter if windsurf, kitesurf or wavesurf. We saw kite and windsurfer starting right in front of the guesthouse. The atmosphere is really like being with friends. Thanks a lot for giving us a wonderful stay! We will sure come again.. hope really soon!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: the view of the guest house's beach bar
Cons: The guest house was not organized in the recepecion there was a mattress and was very poorly maintained. The room did not correspond to the one we had paid for and was a bit dirty. On the last day I asked the staff and the owner if it was possible to serve breakfast sooner because we had to leave. They said yes, but they didn't come, not even to say goodbye. There was no one. I would not return to this place. I don't understand the score and the stars they have in the booking There are other places with better quality price in Guraidhoo.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely kind, we received a room upgrade due to vacancy, the all inclusive was good as well. Getting there was easy, someone booked the speedboat for us at the airport and the hotel staff was waiting for us at the pier. The island is tiny and nurse sharks come to eat at night to the dock. The garden is like a botanical garden full of amazing plants and flowers. They organize their own tours and staff members join to take care of us.
Cons: I was surprised that there was no soap in the bathroom.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The guy who picked me up was really nice.
Cons: It was dark and scary and we didn’t feel comfortable, the food took 55 mins. We didn’t like anything apart from the Bangladeshi guy who picked us up. We were charged a percentage for paying on my card
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful guest house, clean, cozy, nice staff, nice environment at a small beach, good food, good service, the possibility of ordering private trips, transport to other islands, nice people on the beautiful island of Guraidhoo, highly recommend ... thank host Abdul.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: They upgraded room standard for free and preapred an amazing decoration on the bed. They also picked us up from from the harbour. The e-mail communication was ok. The restaurant manager was very helpful and was trying to satisfy us. Tea and coffe was unlimited. The bikini Beach is close to the hotel and on the surrounding island (bridge distance) there is baby shark point. It is amazing.
Cons: We informed the personnel that the toilet desk was broken and the batteries to the remote control were flat and they did nothing with this for the next 4 days. The All Inclusive option was weak. We had only 3 meals with limited choice (either rice or pasta with chicken, beef or tuna). Only Schweppes, cola or sprite was available.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Personal was good
Cons: Food wasnt good, we pay all inclusive and we got nothing, and i think when you pay all inclusive you can choose what you want to eat not what you got so that was very bad. Room was dirty with lots of ants, and bathroom was also dirty. There is no tv programs and internet connection is bad. Bikini beach is not in front of hotel. Bed was very rush and anpleasant for sleeping, my wife get sick and now she got fungies.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very nice people Very friendly
Cons: The food is very simple and takes a long time to come The breakfast is not good The price of the drinks are very expensive Our room has no View Nobody cleans the room and no more than one towel for 3 days
6.0 Good
Pros: Rooms are quite new and guesthouse is just next to sea, in attached restaurant you can have breakfast watching the sea if the day is not rainy (in December we had 2 completely rainy days from 4). If you overlook rubbish in the attached small beach (manager should tell to staff to clean the beach daily and explain what is rubbish as they overlook plastic bags or other plastic smaller than 10cm), you can swim about 30m directly from beach to very nice coral reef (high tide recommended), it is in direction to left green island you can see in far. Coral reef is small just 20x5m but very nice. Bikini beach is nice, 5min walk from guesthouse but small (just 40m long), beach is nice only if you look towards sea then you have picture perfect view, if you look from see towards island you see fences (not very nice ones) which are built around bikini beach and some old hotel construction on both sides :( access there is full of rubbish too. You cannot swim or snorkel at bikini beach, water is usually under your knee for more than 100m from beach. Price for al inclusive and room with balcony was ok (about 60USD/night), but we booked 5month ahead with very good discount, but this was only reason we could accept that all inclusive is very poor see below. In Bali and surrounding islands like Gilli for the same price you will get much more and nicer environment
Cons: Mind here are 6 rooms only. 2 of them have only inner window, one of them inner window facing reception:( See picture. We spent after our arrival 6hrs (5pm-11pm) waiting for our right room :( they forced us to use small room with only inner window on ground floor. We rejected as our booking conf says clearly about room with balcony and garden view. Manager was not able to help and willing to confirm to staff to give us right room until he arrived, then we had strong discussion but finally we got room with balcony which was nice. Managers behavior this first day was really unprofessional, but during our stay in next days it was ok and he even offered us free snorkeling trip as sorry (but was raining and we could not make it). So read carefully which room you booked (it was available only on pc version and not in mobile phone), print it and if you dont like given room, ask for change. 2 rooms in 2nd floor with balcony are nice. None room has safe, none has kettle and they do not provide coffee or tea in the room. All inclusive is another story, is basically only breakfast (every day the same sausage and omelet, butter and jam), lunch and dinner with one 0,5l of water for two and one can pp of coke or bitter lemon (no other option!!) Lunch and dinner is only pasta/spaghetti, fried noodles or rice with tuna or chicken and if you are lucky you can have fish, so after two days you will ate always the same (see picture). If you want afternoon coffee or extra drink you should pay even you have all inclusive... this info we got during initial briefing. BUT as a sorry about room issue we got free one big bottle of water every day and afternoon coffee as well. Beach which belongs to guesthouse is very small (see picture) and dirty. Pity they did not clean it either. I even picked 3 pieces of sharp broken glass.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location. View. Balcony. The staff were helpful. Outside seating and music was nice. But if many more hotels built it will not remain as idyllic. Beach was very good. Water was heavenly. The deep sea evening fishing tour was quite nice.
Cons: The room was smaller than what the pictures made it out to be. The tours were nice but on the snorkeling tour the team needed to give more instructions and prepare first timers better for snorkeling.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant staff is usually very polite and ready to help. Arif is the best waiter, he always remembered what our preferences were and would bring them. Also, was there to help all the time. Lorenzo also serves well and is very funny.
Cons: Trips staff. We went to half day trip and did not involve a lot when it came to snorkelling activities. Also, sent us other pictures at the end of the day. The aeroport transfer was badly because the took first people to the resorts and the they took us to airport. We paid for a half hour transfer and it took one hour. We almost missed our flight.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager Jack was very accommodating. He really help us to make sure that we were comfortable! Special thanks to their outstanding staff David, Jerry and chefs in the restaurant. Cleaning staff Rabby and many of others that we don’t know their names. They were so friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed to see two beautiful parrots Cookies and Betty flying around the property. They even visited us on our balcony one morning. That was a wonderful experience! Their house cat Leo plays an important role as well. He often sleeps in the lobby with his tummy up. It makes you feel very relaxing like home!
Cons: The view from the rooms were not as good as the photos. FYI: There was a 4.99% extra charge from the total amount when we checked out using credit card. The receptionist explained that charge was from our bank. We ended up paying cash instead to avoid this extra charge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything there, the staff very very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Jack for never ending assistant from room cleaning, checking update from me, snorkeling trips, pickup transport from airport and back to airport and late check out too. Great great experience and definitely I will come back and stay at the same hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean hotel with quiet rooms only a 2 minute walk from the bikini beach.
Cons: The dinner buffet eas included and was average. Crystal Sands should focus on improving the quality.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and view of the sea. They offer a variety of different activities and day trips. Food selection is quite good and the food is tasty.
Cons: The pictures are a lot different than the actual rooms look like. Plus, not to mention, they are offering the rooms in Crystal Sands hotel, but then they set you up in their older facility - Crystal Sands Villa. Wi-Fi is terrible. It did not work in my room at all. I would say that the rooms and services are overpriced for what they offer. I probably would not come back again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs are very good and helpful. Jack has really made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one. The property location is awesome. The excursions they conduct are awesome. Reshan is the best dive instructor. Maritza is an excellent lady. The housekeeping staffs mamood, bilal, emon are very nice. They arranged a candle light dinner for us in the beach which was excellent, it's my bad I forgot the name of the guy who arranged it but his name starts with A. Overall it was a memorable trip for us. Such a good souls they are!
Cons: Everything was perfect. We missed the nurse sharking this time. But would definitely do it in our next travel

His name is Thomas Surez Kumar. always wear a smile. overall very good.. the room is cleaned everyday. towels are changed daily. room is spacious for a family deluxe room. We opted for a full board as we are a family of 4. but its also good if just go for half board bfast and dinner coz as we also booked for daily excursions it comes with free lunch, can save some $. Will recommend to my friends to stay there.
Cons: though there were many options for daily menu but some are not available. The resort must at least have different set of menus for guests to choose from. overall not bad and still worth it if go for full board.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff extremely friendly and helpful, pool in a very good condition, bathroom clean and tours great. The best location. Food was delicious, but could vary a bit more (people that stay more days like we did, have the same on the menu every other day). It was clean (with exeption of the carpet) and tidy, wi-fi working very well in all areas. A/C excellent. Staff waited for us at the jetty and took our luggage to the hotel - they also escorted us back to the jetty on our last day.
Cons: Doors (locker) to balcony were broken - we asked 3 times to get if fixed, never did. Carpet on the floor is out of date, torn and dirty. Carpets in this kind of hotel and environment is a no-no. Wooden furniture is slowly falling apart and it gives the room more dark feeling. Not negative, but a note: mosque is just a few meters away, which means very loud appeals for prayers, especially the one in the morning at 5:05 am. Overall very nice hotel but room can’t justice the price.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The rooms were not clean. There was a bad smell in the rooms, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly, approachable, they were ready to satisfy guest's needs. They arranged everything for us we needed. They adapted to our needs. They took their time to chitchat with us. They took photos before programs - this is really unique. Very professional team!!!!!

5.0 Okay
Pros: The glass in the floor was amazing, especially in the night time with lights on. The view from the villa, the big windows and space of the room although old.
Cons: Arrival no one helped to find my villa or helped with luggage. Also, the proces of check-in and payment. Going in the office to pay, gave me the feeling as if i had did something wrong and had been called to the principal. Less formal and more customer friendly would be more appropriate for such an resort. My villa included an 'butler', who ruined my stay as his behaviour was very inappropriate and made feel unsafe during my stay. While I was carrying my luggage to the villa, i approached the staff sitting before one of the villas for directions. One of the Guy Told me that he is the one that belongs to my room and starts directly talking about his private life. He was recently divorced and loves to drink alcohol. In the meantime NOT asking to help with luggage, no information about the villa. As I was travelling alone, i told him i need my privacy and space. The room did NOT extra cleaning, just IF he was OK to make Some pictures of me. He helped, but made a lot of inappropriate comments and at Some point even made secretly half naked pictures of himself and send it to me in the evening. Also, asked inappropriate questions and drunk my complimentary champagne and even asked me to provide him with free drinks as i had a free pass at bars. I declined everything and Told him that his service was NOT required anymore and don't disturb. Still he kept misusing my phone number and texting. As i did not feel safe, i was NOT able to sleep. Next morning went to the reception and Told and showed the staff about the inappropriate emloyee messages. He got fired, but my expensive stay at the resort was very disappointing and the formalities even ruined my morning and afternoon. Food was also disappointing for the paid Price, not thinked through the menu and very indian orientated. Some combination did NOT make any Sense. Additionaly, the boxes of the minis in bathroom was for 20% just empty boxes without minis.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent property, fantastic beach, super water bungalows, clean water, good food, great variety. Highly recommended.
Cons: The only issue was that there were flies floating around the open salad, fruits and desserts. We avoided those food items, obviously.
7.0 Good
Pros: Food was awesome..but nothing served at room upon extra order..
Cons: No room service available for food ..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the property. It was an amazing and heavenly experience. It made our anniversary a memorable one. thanks.
Cons: Need to search for this one
6.0 Good
Pros: Its very relaxing, fun , food is more than enough just be strategic to choose different dishes for different days . so you dont get bored. e.g Beef only day, fish only day, pasta day, vegetarian day.
Cons: I was overcharged ,which i think they must rethink their pricing. Its the same as going to 3 different countries. Was only made aware that the double room can not carry 2 people if you did not state it before arrival. Then was charged extra amount ,which was really a serious inconvinience.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room is clean and the staff is attentive
Cons: The food is quite monotonous and the special dinner food quality is too way below the standard as compared to the price
7.9 Good
Pros: The island is beautiful and peaceful. The water villas are lovely.
Cons: It’s a little bit tired and in need of updating in places. The additional activities are quite expensive.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and had a wide variety of options available. The curries were amazing! Water bungalow is so awesome, being able to step into the beautiful blue ocean.
Cons: The desserts were not to the standard of the rest of the meal.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great. Loved snorkelling....so many fish to see within a couple of metres from the beach. Food choices were really good.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated. Airconditioner leaked.

Pros: The manager, Kadir, and all the staffs are very polite, respectful and mannered. You ask something they make sure they get it done. Specially the manager we admired him for giving time for every customer. I don’t even know how he does it. 10/10 for him
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Personell was perfect. Kadir and the rest of the crew did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
Cons: A bit dated hotel, lots of noise from construction sites.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect in local island lots of activities and close to all islands
Cons: We got city view room it wasn’t that good or new but it was worth the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very helpfull, very polite and can really help you with your needs. They are truly the only reason why you can still have a great vacation and enjoy your stay. It's just sad that the hotel and the price is very much overrated and would need serious upgrade and maintenance as there are much better and nicer choices close by.
Cons: The rooms and the hotel needs renovation because the photos show the hotel and rooms as they were when opened, not as they are now. So expect that the rooms, amenities and interior will be much worse than shown. The Kaani group is building a lot of new hotels on the island. They should really upgrade and refresh the existing one. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner is very limited. There are only 6-7 different food options each day, repeating every day. There is no fruit available for breakfast or dinner, except for canned mixed fruit with questionable quality. The wi-fi in the rooms is almost not available or with such bad connection that it's unuasable for even the basic tasks like opening webpages and e-mails. You can forget using wi-fi for youtube, games, etc. You can get decent wi-fi only at the reception.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff. We have come back to Kaani 3 years in a row. I keep coming back because I feel like family when I arrive. For a single mom, that makes all the difference.

Pros: We got upgraded to Kaani Palm Beach which has the best sea view in Maafushi!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff hotel are freindly Hotel is located near to the beach Have SPA for relax Clean Boat transfer arrangment is excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: credit to mr.kadir whos being very helpful during our stay. we were given room upgrade to Kaani Palm beach which located just in front the bikini beach. Good thing to book with Kaani hotels is that they have their own speedboat and tours. Hence, they will manage for you the return transfer Male - Maafushi, and good rate for the tours.
Cons: nothing

Pros: Very good about breakfast, and every thing is perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed everything at this hotel! Great location with sunset view on the sea side and right in front of the beach, and more generally very accessible. The room was very modern, spatious and clean. Above all, staff was very friendly, generous, helpful, and personal - we made many friends, to only name a few: Anas, Kadir, Aiman, Aslam. They also arranged a fantastic romantic dinner and we are thankful to them for this trip. Of note that we had a better time in Maafushi at Kaani Grand that we had in a resort where we paid 2x the price. The excursions the hotel organized were just perfect. We plan to go again in the future.
Cons: Food was ok but not amazing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Aiman is great!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff who can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. There wasn't a huge selection of food but what there was was tasty and enjoyable.
Cons: We snorkel our main reason for making this booking but were very disappointed to see the amount of dead coral which was probably at 90%. There is hope as you'll see recovery taking place with soft coral mainly. It was a delight to see the clown fish in several places and a good array of marine life which still come to the area. We saw a group of small black tipped sharks , two large sharks at the top of the drop off, and a turtle. I was very annoyed to actually see people standing on the coral, there are so many ignorant people who have no idea what they are doing. The hotel should take more steps to ensure the recovery by telling people in no uncertain terms that it is not allowed to even stand on dead coral.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful island and house reef (we saw a lot of turtles and some sharks!) clean surroundings and very polite and friendly staff. Very attentive. Good food. Relaxed atmosphere. If you’re looking for a cheap resort experience it might be a place for you.
Cons: The property is very outdated. Particularly the bathrooms need to be renovated. The room had a moldy smell which I believe came from an old AC unit. Water is not included in full board.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was really nice, the location is good and snorkelling very good.
Cons: The hotel need some reconstruction, especially bathrooms.
7.0 Good
Pros: Fishes and turtles
Cons: Too much crowd in the afternoon And I didn't win the game but I am a very strong man
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beach and the island are amazing , the coral reefs as well were great ,food was very good the staff is cool specially nazem from the restaurant was amazing .
Cons: Room was smelly , transportation is very expensive.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We love Biyadhoo. We visited 10 years ago and it hasn’t changed a bit. The facilities are dated but very clean, everything has been so well thought out, the staff are super friendly, the food is excellent, and the snorkelling is out of this world. Great value for money (after all how much time do you want to spend in your room with such beautiful surroundings). We will be back!
Cons: Cushions for the sun beds (some people took their own yoga mats).
7.0 Good
Pros: You get what you pay, great price with all meals included, anything fancy but correct and good. Room is so old, needs a renovation, but also is correct. If you've been in the Maldives, this is not a 100% resort, is something in between resort and hotel, don't look anything luxury.
Cons: Forget others comments, if you are looking good snorkelling, there's NO CORAL REEF, all is destroyed by human being. You can find fishes, but nothing else. Also bring fins, because currents are so so strong. Keep in mind that there is only one beach in the island, the rest of the island vegetation reaches the same shore. This causes that all guests will be in same place, think in a crowed beach during summer. Resort is old, need a renovation and a good cleaning, we had a dead cockroach in the room almost all week. Also the resort cancel our first night in the resort, just one hour before that we got on the plane. They reserved us a hotel in Hulhumale... that we had to pay for 120€ (without ask our opinion). Finally to compensate for the inconvenience we didn't have to pay the $185 for the speedboat that took us from the airport to the resort (is ok, but we lost a vacation day and we paid for another hotel).
7.0 Good
Pros: The location, the island, and the reef
Cons: Service is not quite what you would expect from a Resort

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Good breakfast.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Will never go again and should not recommend this hotel. We didn’t get the room service for 2 days. The fridge, lamps and AC were not working. The food is also not good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and entertainment room was very nice. Breakfast good and various.
Cons: TV didn't work very well.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Comfy beds. Nice staff. Good Aircon.
Cons: The breakfast was cold and very random. Chicken curry for breakfast? The toilet seat was broken. There was no soap in the bathroom and when I asked to replace it they came back with the same liquid for Hair, body and hands :/ I booked a room with a balcony and I was given a room with a shared balcony outside. Water was VERY expensive from the hotel. It was down the other end of the island

Cons: Everything was ok

Pros: Lovely place in a great location, near bikini beach and a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff is amazing, so helpful. I was stuck due to Corono, but the staff did all they could to help. Rooms are clean, with aircon. Little garden which is great for socializing
7.0 Good
Pros: Close to the beach, helpful Staff, nice people, good clean room with ac.
Cons: We like the hotel but we asked once for breakfast made at 7:00 as we were going on excursion and didnt finally get it ,which wasnt nice.beside it everything was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Its a very small island so it doesnt really matter where you stay, but the 2 guys who handle this place have been really accomodating esp abir, the receptionist. My ferry was also at 230pm and abir allowed me stay in my room. Breakfast was plated, and they give good rates. Will def stay here again if im back.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: it was comfortable and close to bikini beach
Cons: the breakfast is always same which is boring
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was still under construction, concrete on the floor Dirty bed linen Cockroach in the bathroom No Tv, fridge
6.0 Good
Pros: very basic room with shower and aircon. good for sleeping only. if you are out all day and just need a room to sleep and take shower, it's fine. close to beach, but all islands in Maldives are small, so you cannot be far from the beach anyway. breakfast ok. it's good that they have coffee and tea all day any time.
