Cons. The prime was increpa sed from previris quote . Bumpy beds
Pros. Very peaceful, quiet stay! Beds were comfy, fridge and tv worked fine. Check-in was easy, no hassles.
Cons. Upon entering room we had NO towels, although check-in was at 3pm and room had been reserved. No staff would bring us towels, we were told they could bring us some the next day. Ice machine did not work! Final day we get an 8am call waking us. It was a SCAM, but since the call rang directly to our room we had no idea. The caller stated hotel computers had shut down so they needed our info, an for our inconvenience we would receive a compensation, they just needed our credit card. I refused to give that info and said I would personally come to office. At checkout front desk attendant scolded me, acted like I was in the wrong, saying these SCAMS happen to all hotels. I was personally shocked by her lack of customer skills. I was only informing the woman of the situation and she scolds me??? Rude and lacking in the customer service business!
