Pros: Loved the Firehouse Inn-very relaxing and quiet. Beautiful room and pleasant staff. We will definitely be back!!
This hotel is a jewel. Comfortable, luxurious, inviting, with no detail left to chance. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a vacation stay with children. A (beautifully presented) full breakfast is included and there is free internet. I came with my Mom to visit relatives. The staff went out of its way make us feel welcome and pampered. One of the best hotel experiences in memory!
Pros: In an old fire/police station, with tons of character - beautiful old tile in bathrooms, fireplace, lovely courtyard, elegant dining/sitting room. Huge windows, high ceilings, yummy bathrobes. The cute loft in our room, would be totally fun for kids!
Cons: Not a thing.
The Firehouse Inn was absolutely wonderful. The interior was decorated beautifully and very clean. The breakfast was good but the set up was what made it. All the guest around the table were very friendly and we shared our plans for the day. A perfect weekend getaway for both couples and families. Would love to see the atrium opened up at night for drinks and music (something easy like satellite radio or similar). Also a hot tub out in the atrium or side lot would make it absolutely perfect. We will most certainly visit again in the future and let our friends know about it so they can have the same great experience.
Pros: The atmosphere was awesome. It was very much a home away from home. Both the staff and other guest were extremely friendly.
Cons: Wasn't much in the direct area. Drove to the next town for dinner for lack of choices on main street. Would love to see the atrium opened up in the evening for wine or drinks with music (satellite radio or similar). Hot tub out there would be wonderful.
Facility is very very well done, well kept, well appointed and the staff is wonderful. A unique property in a very cute downtown area. Good Thai food around the corner - and a wine bar, too. I would like to have stayed for a week! The outdoor space was very spa-like. I'm coming back!
Pros: A very well done B&B with a staff who makes you feel like you are coming to visit an old friend!
Situated in the historical district, this romantic bed & breakfast is within 6 mi (10 km) of Bubba's Fun Park, Cleghorn Plantation Golf and Country Club, and Forest City Golf Course. Green River Plantation and Parker-Binns Vineyard are also within 12 mi (20 km).
Pros: Enormous attention to detail of furnishings and decorations. Super friendly and helpful staff.

When visiting Boiling Springs, AmericInn Lodge & Suites Boiling Springs is a great choice to consider. For a workout, you can visit the fitness center or go for a morning swim at the indoor pool. There's a spa tub, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: The housekeeping staff were great, front desk horrible. The location was steps to an Aldi and Sonic, many other restaurants very close. Room size was great too.
Cons: The hotel is just worn. The carpet was very stained, shower tub drained very slowly. It looks like they tried to fix the tub surround by caulking WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR then the rest, seriously? The dresser drawers didn't stay closed (or there was a ghost in the room), housekeeping skipped cleaning our room the first day, and a candy wrapped was left in the elevator for 36 hours. When I told the front desk attendant about issues in the room, she just couldn't be bothered. Also, the gym could be decent if you didn't feel like you'd fall off the machines while using them. Breakfast was decent but clearly, the eggs were a powder. I think management/owners need to look at how this hotel is run.
Cons: I thought it was a new facility. It was an old motel that was being renovated and there was still a lot of work to be done. In one of the rooms (409), the commode seat was dirty and later broke, the bathroom door laminated surface was peeling away from th
Pros: Good enough for a cheap stay. Room had some trash under nightstand but otherwise it was clean. Had a fridge and microwave.
Cons: Extremely small parking lot. Door didn't close completely after housekeeping but thankfully nothing was stolen.
Pros: All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. I appreciate them going the extra mile in customer service. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The hotel is in a great location.
Pros: The hotel was very quiet especially for where it was located right near several restaurants and stores.
Cons: Could use some deeper cleaning (i.e. stains on the walls, doors, etc.) but overall was very clean welcoming
Pros: Clean older hotel close to everything
Pros: Affordable and close by
Cons: All seemed in order
Pros: great location was near everything.
Cons: we booked a king bed and got 2 double beds instead and they were very firm.
Cons: carpet was dirty
Pros: Good location; staff was attentive, helpful & friendly.
Cons: Nothing I did not like.
Pros: This was a really nice hotel, for this price point and star level. Breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable. All areas except for our room were very well maintained
Cons: Our room had not been cleaned - on our way out we told the front desk who assured us it would be cleaned before we got back. We returned VERY late, and it had not been cleaned. Thank goodness that the second bed had not been used. A real pain
Pros: Convenience, cleanliness and value with breakfast of packaged muffins, pastries, sausage biscuits and real butter.
Cons: There was major construction/renovation going on with bathtubs and debris spread around the parking lot, walkways, etc. I would not recommend staying at this motel until they are done remodeling. The room was definitely overpriced for the area.
Pros: Convenient to Equestrian facility and fairly priced.
Cons: Update was cheaply done but room was clean
Pros: location was great; staff very nice
Cons: it appeared our room had just been renovated; there was a large gap under the door, so that light and critters (?) could come in. We stopped it up with a towel.
Pros: Met expectations!
Cons: Somewhat dated
Cons: Price increase with no quality improvement
Pros: The owners house/check in desk is new and very very nice. I'm sure they wrote off their house as a check in desk. The brand new batting cage hidden behind the building was the nicest thing about the place. And no it's not meant for the guests.
Cons: Rude staff, couldn't check in early after requesting. Check in time is not 2 as the website indicates. Carpets wet, doors rebuilt with screws, mold everywhere, was gross.
Pros: very close to where I needed to be. Location is really the only plus here.
Cons: Ac didnt work well, lighting was horrible and not very clean.
One of the latest continental breakfast I've seen at a hotel lots of variety.
Pros: Large spacious room
Cons: The ad lied when it said the room had a hit tub. What it had was a regular tub with jets in it. One person could not relax in this tub let alone two people who wanted a romantic night out. Not worth paying extra when we couldn't use it.
Pros: Looks like it had been remodeled since outr last visit. Well done. Much better amenities now.
Cons: Rug had a couple of sticky spots.
When I checked in I saw a sign that pets were allowed with a non refundable fee. This didn't apply to us but is something good to know for other people who travel with their pets.
Pros: we were tired after getting into town late at night. We checked in and went straight to bed. The beds were comfortable and the room had free wifi. I slept very well.
