Pros: This hotel was a perfect place for me. Great location, newer facility, very clean with an accommodating and pleasant staff. Rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped and the common areas are clean and inviting. I would absolutely stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel

Pros: Everything was great except the valet took forever & they almost had our car lost.
Pros: Cleanliness, location, and comfort
Cons: Concierge staff were good, not great. Hotel was too crowded and loud.
Cons: Not in Sundance Square as advertised
Pros: As always our stay was very satisfying. We love this hotel and it's amenities. The staff are excellent and the guest services, pool, bars and restaurants top notch. Though all of this satisfaction does not come for free. We look forward to our next stay in September.
Cons: If you are a select guest member make sure to book your stay directly with the hotel. If you book through a third party you cannot cancel your reservation or receive credit for your stay.
Located in Downtown Fort Worth, this luxury hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Fort Worth Water Gardens, Bass Performance Hall, and Sundance Square. Amon Carter Museum and Fort Worth Botanic Garden are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Very cute place that was exactly like the pictures. Extra pillow and sheets were in a bag on top of the closet. Kitchenette had dishes, silverware, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups and all nice not cheap or dirty. Very adorable room and hotel overall. Gym is kind of small but it has all the important or major things. Tiny "theatre" is pretty cute. convenience store in the hotel is adorable and convenient
Cons: It doesn't have a view. It's in between a high way and busy roads. However, it is convenient because there are places to eat, places to go grocery shopping, even a home depot. Bring a movie, there are only a few channels. "Business cable" Staff was awkward but did their job.
Pros: very comfortable beds, able to draw curtains and block outside light from bedroom for sleep. very quiet, no hallway noise. friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: some dirt in corner of bathroom by tub. hard to find a clean table at breakfast even when few people are left in dining room.

Pros: Grounds were nice but was very noisy at night and extremely noisy in the morning.
Cons: Too noisy
Pros: The hotel had a great facility and great rooms. Staff was good but not great. The hotel and area to relax in was one of the best in all the hotels I stayed in that week. Bar was a little pricy but great bartender.
Cons: Was close to race track but far from anything else. Not super far but fair enough.
Pros: The bed was comfortable, staff was very helpful and it was very clean.
Pros: Hotel was very quiet , relaxing and peaceful. staff was wonderful!!
Cons: Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: The room was as expected.
Cons: The check-in process took 30 minutes. I was the only person checking in. The front desk told me that a computer back-up was taking place and that I would need to wait 10 or 15 minutes. I asked if there was any alternative and was told "no". The delay extended out to more than 25 minutes. A call was made to someone to help speed up the process, but they never answered. I just stood at the desk the entire time.
It was my own choice to plan a schedule that was so packed I would have an abbreviated sleep that night, but waiting that long is unacceptable. If a competing hotel was nearby, I would have left and dealt later with a refund. I will not return.
Pros: The hotel was clean, beautiful and very relaxing. Loved the beautiful well keep grounds around the hotel. Overall my family and I loved it. My kids didn't want to leave!
Cons: That I booked a double but only got a single room. But was brought a roll out for my other son.
Pros: This hotel is next to the Texas Speedway. They had shuttles back and forth to the track. It was great!
Pros: The only thing that was convenient about this hotel is where it's located.
Cons: Beds uncomfortable, switched rooms, still terrible. First room, our toilet wasn't working.
Pros: Pretty much everything in and around the Marriott DFW was impressive,I would diffinetly recommend this location to family and friends.
Cons: Just wish the rooms had either a mini fridge or microwave....but other than that it was all very nice.
Pros: I liked being back from roads.
I liked that there were cows you can see in adjacent pasture
Pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: Paying 15 extra for wifi
Pros: I stayed for the November nascar race. Friendly, very helpful staff. The people make the place feel welcoming.
Loved the close proximity to the track. A short 1.5 +\- mile walk or you could take the shuttle service (golf carts) to the track. Faster to walk back after the event due to the amount of guests waiting to take the return carts. Very clean rooms thanks in part to a no smoking policy. The grounds are very well kept. Real nice comfortable atmosphere. I've stayed other Marriott hotels before and have always enjoyed my stay.
Cons: No mini fridge in the room. They could use more vending and ice machines on all the floors. The choices of food were limited and not always available after/before a certain time. The food I did get was good. Continental breakfast would have been nice.
This place does sit out away from everything. This is a good thing if you are golfing or attending an evet at the hotel or at the speedway and don't want to venture out but if you do want to go check things out have a gps device or a good navigator next to you. Texas is BIG.
They needed to do a little wasp control. They had nests around the building which made it interesting.
Free in room internet is pretty much the standard at most places. This ( like most things) was an extra charge if you wanted it, however it was free if down in the lobby area). Overall, these were minor issues and wouldn't stop me from going back.
I do Wish I would have booked direct as the price would have been better than the 3rd party price booking.

Pros: Our son got married in a venue at the stockyard. They rented the John Wayne suit. My daugher-in law needed 6 champagne glasses not only did they provide them they included 2. Bottles of champagne
Pros: Best range of breakfast items I've ever seen. Fun area surrounding hotel with nightlife and stuff for family during the day.
Cons: A bit remote from the rest of the city if that's important to you.
Cons: movie prices

Enjoy complimentary hotel-wide WiFi and Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast featuring daily, customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits available daily. A 24-hour Grab & Go food outlet.
Cons: I arrived to hotel at 10pm my room was prepaid but they gave it away they sent me clear down the other end of the city I was looking forward to being right there in middle of sundance square to comf walk to various places. They paid for all accommodations but it still was not what I had set up to do.
Pros: Service was great and attentive. Everyone was very helpful.
Cons: The bed is hard as a rock. Walls are thin. Room decor is dated.
Pros: The location downtown Fort Worth so we could attend Main Street Arts Festival and have easy access to our room.
Cons: Due to dietary needs I must carry certain foods and it would have been easier to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Pros: The location is perfect! Close to everything! We were able to walk to the water gardens just fine.
Cons: Room service wasn't very good. The potatoes were gross and they kept messing up our order.
Pros: I had a screaming headache one of the nights at around midnight, the staff offered to open the small store when I asked if there was anywhere in the area to get some advil. Everyone we encountered was nice, and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast though great was pricey if you are not a big eater. Also, I did not know parking was additional.
Pros: Right in the thick of a pleasant downtown. All staff encountered friendly and effective. Comfortable room with great view of downtown (our side of the hotel). Expansive lobby.
Pros: It was very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The bed was amazing!
Cons: Could not use the hot tub. There was a family of 12 in it. Including babies.
Cons: I am a native of Fort Worth and was in town for one night. This hotel is awful. I stay in hotels more than 100 nights per year. The hotel promised a king bed and had none. The insolent woman at the counter did not care. I placed the breakfast menu on the door and no one collected it. This pretentious hotel was once a destination. It is now poorly managed with an insulting staff. Ed Bass deserved better as a centerpiece of Sundance. I will never stay there again and warn others.
Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and efficient
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Our valet had a great sense of humor, the staff personally greeted us as we walked through the door and we were on our way to our room in less than 2 minutes.
The facilities were incredible w/ an awesome fitness facility, and outdoor tennis & basketball courts. They provided necessary equipment.
Excellent location for families! We walked everywhere in Sundance Square which was extremely family friendly.
If we ever go back to Ft. Worth, this is where we want to stay!
Cons: That we had to leave after just 1 day!
Cons: Water Preasue in the shower very low. TV did not work all the time. Had to pay for Internet.

Cons: Old, run down, window A/C units, only one functional elevator...
Pros: The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Very nice breakfast. Also, also has Starbucks coffee. Definitely is a place for the business traveler.
Cons: No negatives.
Cons: Coffee maker not working a breakfast. Ice Machine not on the floor indicated (only one for the property).

Pros: Good location. Lots of variety at breakfast.
Pros: The breakfast was good. i was impressed.
Cons: When I opened the refrigerator I found a cup of berries left over from breakfast that was not cleaned out. The trash was not emptied and had a bag of popcorn in another trash can. Parking is a problem. The parking lot is not big enough for the hotel.
The TV in the bedroom was so low you couldn't watch TV from the bed.
The TV in the living room was so height it was like sitting on the front row of a movie theater.
Pros: Room was comfortable and in perfect location for walking Trinity Park, restaurants, and night life.
Cons: Not a thing!
Pros: Location to attractions such as the botanical gardens, park system, museums and the stockyards was fantastic all within a short drive. Arrived a day early at midnight. They adjusted for us so that we could stay in the same room for the entire stay.
Cons: Parking was tight as others have described something was always available. Black Friday maid service never happened but for the other days in our stay it was as anticipated or announced. They were still doing some repair / paint work but only a minor inconvenience.
Pros: The pool was very clean and never cold, area around the pool was clean with outdoor music a nice touch. The staff was friendly and nice. Parking lot well lit and clean. Evening social a great idea with complimentary wine and beer with a light meal/snack. Never had to wait long for the elevator.
Cons: In our King suite, layout of bathroom was odd and close to the bed. Refrigerator door opened from odd side. Food provided at breakfast slowly refilled. At evening social: Beer was not in plain sight. Wine was warm. Food was refilled slowly. Girls serving wine and food were very friendly and pleasant but they visited more with each other than prepare/serve food/wine.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.
Cons: No, everything was good.
Pros: For me, the location was super! We came to visit our son and family (they live in Watauga) and this location was only a few minutes away. The Hotel was what we expect from Holiday Inn Express...comfortable rooms, beds and great breakfast!
Cons: There was black mold above the shower all over the ceiling, the whole place was under construction which I wasn't prepared for and then they checked heard of elephants in right above our room at 3am so my entire family was awake due to all the stomping
Pros: We loved. The 24 hours open swiming pool rule.
Cons: There was too much construction in the surrounded area.
Pros: Great customer service Especially the young lady who worked the evening shift. Glasses and dark hair. Great cookies.
Overall very nice. Should take a better look at replacing sofa bed mattresses.
Pros: Close to the Interstate and had continental breakfast.
Cons: The sofa bed mattress was worn out and uncomfortable even with 2 comforters on top of it.

Pros: convenient next to airport, very efficient front desk staff, wonderfully clean and furnished rooms.
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Only issue I had was that I filled out my breakfast order form for in room service. I hung it outsider my door before 12am liked it said and it was never picked up. I was in a rush that morning and it would have been great to eat breakfast in my room. Mister Gs is excellent. A hidden gem I'd say
Cons: My room service tag was never picked up
Pros: Great service, room was nice, excellent steakhouse..service at steakhouse excellent and host is outstanding and great sense of humor..would come back just bc of him
Cons: Snack items in lobby coffee shop very overpriced..4 dollars for little bag fruit chews..should be 1.5, chips etc were all overpriced
Pros: Free shuttle to and from airport.
Pros: Our flight was canceled and bags lost, and it was after before we got to the hotel. Staff was super helpful to get us some basic items for the night and get us checked in. Great service and super clean rooms!
Pros: Efficient staff, all expected amentities available and excellent food options available!
Cons: The hotel largely serves business travelers who are stuck at DFW airport due to problems with flights. For this reason, the hotel serves an important need. However, it is very overpriced.
There was a dead roach in my room.
Pros: table with combs, razors, etc for stranded passengers
Cons: room by elevator
Pros: The hotel had a very efficient check in process. Staff were friendly and welcoming to me checking in alone with two young children. The casual restaurant in the hotel had good food for the price.
Cons: The room was clean and functional, but some of the touches in structure of the room felt industrial. The extra lock on the door didn't work as well. It was not the right size for the bulb of the locking mechanism.
Pros: Pros- I've come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and comfort with Hyatt, and this location didn't disappoint.
The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby.
The A/C was great, the room was sufficiently cool when we wanted to sleep, and warmed up quickly once we turned it off.
Cons: At about 9am there was a very loud group outside our door, the walls are a bit thin and sound travels easily.
Pros: I like that this place was minutes from the airport. They have monitors everywhere telling you flight status. The rooms are spacious, and modern/newly remodeled. Place was affordable... Was only $134/night compared to others near the airport were asking $175-250/night.
Cons: There isn't any signs at the airport that point you to Hyatt Regency only to Grand Hyatt which are two different places. We flew American Airlines and got off at Terminal D at DFW and the best thing I can advise is walk to Grand Hyatt then make a left to go outside, and the Hyatt service guy will call a Hyatt shuttle to get you to the Regency (takes 5min).
Lastly don't order room service late night unless you're willing to dish out $$$. The fine print on the bottom of the menu says they charge you 21% service fee and tax/gratituity, so when the guy comes DO NOT TIP again like we did. They're getting twice the tip.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Bathroom too small, charged for bottle water, too expensive for level of hotel other than airport location

Pros: It was ok. I really don't have much good to say other then the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! And the hotel was very clean.
Cons: When i book a suite i expected a large room, not a standard room with a partial partition cutting it in half. The hotel staff claimed the beds were new, but that was the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept on. I do not like waking up stiff with a sore back.

Cons: Only one regular coffee packet in room. pet peeve of mine as this happens often when traveling.
Pillows very soft and flat.
Pros: The kids loved the indoor pool. It was a little cool but still nice and clean. The rooms were also nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Our room cards had some issues but they were very helpful.
Cons: Instead of complimentary breakfast they have a bistro you can order and pay from. The prices were a bit high for a family eating breakfast at a hotel.
Pros: Room was very comfortable and clean.
Liked bistro cafe, but..........
Cons: Would have preferred restaurant.

Pros: stayed in 521. rooms show their use and age. large TV in front of dresser mirror; mirror is now useless - get rid of it. bathtub drain needs to be cleaned out - doesn't drain easily. hotel shuttle doesn't take you to cultural district or stockyard area - not very useful. cleaners and rest of staff are friendly. could use a concierge who can give knowledgeable suggestions for restaurants - a handout sheet doesn't quite cut it.
Pros: The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast seemed overpriced.
Pros: Location is perfect for date night! Sun dance square is next door!
Pros: Right next to convention center
Cons: Rooms are sorely in need of renovation. There was a notice in the room saying they were in the process of updating, but I the price paid was not worth what I got considering the age of the room.

Pros: Everything was great after they finally sent a tech that knew what he was doing to fix the AC! Good hotel, I will give it another try when I'm back in Cowtown !
Pros: I thought it was a very cozy hotel. Very good location as we stayed there overnight after going to see Cinderella at Bass Hall. Very nice food options around the area and the accommodations were nice.
Pros: Historic, yet updated hotel in awesome Downtown location. The price is considerably better than other comparable 4 star downtown hotels. Clean, easy check in, fast valet.

Pros: The cleanliness...and the fact that we had real dishes to use during our stay.
Cons: The crib for the baby was cheap and 2 extremely small trash cans in the room made it impossible to clean up.
Pros: Very clean and up to date. Staff was friendly.
Pros: The hotel was very clean & new. The staff was friendly & when asking them for something, they always seemed happy to help. They had a great breakfast every day and dinner Mon - Wed with adult beverages! We never got to take advantage of the dinner though.
Cons: Once our room wasn't cleaned, but that may have been because we didn't leave the room until after 1:30 pm
Pros: New, clean, great breakfast, great little kitchen but we did not cook.
Cons: They had no rooms with two queen beds.
Pros: The location and the breakfast. It was also very home like
Pros: Great value for the money, especially with a kitchen available for cooking meals. Our room included a full size refrigerator, two burner stove, kitchen cabinets, and even a dishwasher. This is great for those traveling and staying in one location.
Cons: No hot tub available, either inside or outside.
Pros: Rooms were great and the breakfast was good.
Cons: They never came to clean our room and when I called the front desk to inform them they said they don't provide room service on weekends. Totally absurd! Never heard of such a thing! Ever!
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean
Cons: Staff seemed poorly trained or equipped to accommodate guests. We were asked to move after one night in case the first 'accessible' room was needed for other guests. There seemed to be plenty of vacancy throughout the building. Still not sure why.
Pros: Nice modern facility and rooms. Great breakfast.
Cons: At check in, I was told they could not give me a king bed, so I was stuck with a double bed. I stayed 2 nights, they informed me they do NOT offer housekeeping unless I stay a week. WHAT??? And this is a 3 star hotel??!?! JOKE!!
Pros: Loved the room, very clean, very comfortable bed as well.
Cons: The staff wasn't really friendly at all

Pros: Accommodations, staff, even breakfast was good
