EVERYTHING! First my reservation got switched to an office (Copperas Cove) that wasn't open on the day I was suppose to pick up my rental. Then I called the original office (Killeen) to have it switched back and make sure they had my car at the correct pick up point. Not only did the Killeen office not have my reservation information, but they didn't even have the size vehicle I reserved! Then they told me the only thing they could do about it was hope someone turned in my type of vehicle in time. No attempt to find one and have it brought from another office or anything. No customer service, no remorse for the inconvenience, a total lack of curtousies. I will never be using Enterprise again if I can help it.3.2 Poor

Can't really comment on the car because there wasn't one available. Staff was pretty bad though acted like it was normal to tell customers they would have to wait for people to maybe drop off cars on time. Enterprise, we will never do business again7.6 Good

The price and type of car was perfect for what I needed it for. I got great gas mileage and the car performed well. I was totally satisfied with the car and the way the employees treated me. No hidden fees and they offered to take me back home, but I had a friend to pick me up.Cons:
I had an appointment to pick up the car at 9am, I arrived at 8:50am, but didn't get the car until 9:45. I wasn't the only one wait to get their car at the schedule time. Other than that, its a great Enterprise car rental location.Alamo

Cons:
The only thing with the drop off was i was unclear about who and where i should drop off the vehicle. There wasn't an Alamo in Killeen TX airport. So i had to call to see what agency I was supposed to use.2.0 Poor

Pros:
15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!Avis

It was a quick in and out, both picking up and dropping off. The person I dealt with was very pleasant.Cons:
The instructions on the documentation on how to complete the transaction when dropping off the car were inaccurate. It talked about a drop box, but there was none. It did not mention whether to leave the keys in the car or not.10.0 Wonderful

Prepaid 5 days in advance and did not receive the car class reserved. Reserved full sized truck and received a compact suv. Customer service was poor. Waited 15 minutes at counter for employee to return.9.6 Wonderful

I liked that when I landed in Killeen, Texas I was able to take care of all the paperwork and get my car keys right next to the luggage pick up site while I waited for my bags. The car was well maintained and the price i was charged was reasonable. Dropping it off did not really present any hassle either.National

Due to extreme weather conditions in TX The flight was cancelled. I had to cancelled the reservation. I had to make about 10 call to cancel. I was not giving an answer for the cancellation. Poor service at best.Cons:
