The car wasn’t clean in the beginning and they charged me for the additional cleaning three times more than the car rental itself (50€)

Nando was great in Porto. Unfortunately the drop off location in Lisbon (at the Tivoli hotel) has limited opening hours and does not offer a way to leave the car in the garage. This meant I had to wait 30 plus minutes to effect the drop off. The employee there was pleasant, the issue was the process.

The agent who helped us was great. Very pleasant, competent and helpful woman. She answered all of our questions, and she and another agent even packed our luggage into the back of the car and got us on our way quickly. I’d give her 5 stars!
