Pros: No cancellation fee.
Cons: 1) Took over an hour to pick up the car. Understaffed and it seems changing policies takes a long time to explain to every single customer.
2) Didn't get the vehicle (compact car) I reserved. Tried to give me an F-150, which leads me to...
3) Made me pay $43 extra, with discounts, to get what I reserved. Was informed that me taking that car meant someone later wasn't going to get what they reserved either. Manage your inventory more wisely. Don't end up with a boatload of giant trucks to rent visitors. Get real!
4) Interior of car was dirty and a very dirty windshield to the point it was difficult to see out of. Little care taken in this department.
4) Came to drop it off and no place to park, or even drive, in the lot. After trying to maneuver into tight spots to temporarily park, I had a staff person drive it so I wasn't the one charged with damage.
Pay the extra $10 and get a rental from the airport vendors or more reputable vendor in general. Not worth the fine print, the hassle, or the money.
