I really enjoyed the shower! The mattress might've been a little softer, but it was serviceable enough. I did think the location of the bathroom was peculiar.
Pros (+) Super-friendly hotel staff, treated me with full respect like I'm their #1 and also moreso fitting of my loyalty programme tier.

Pros (+) Convenience on the road. I reserved a room at Hampton Inn, Malvern because it was close to two local historic sites that I wanted to visit. The desk clerk referred me to a friendy Episcopal Church just a short drive away, which suited my Sunday needs very well. The room accomodation had several welcome conveniences such as fridge, microwave oven, coffee/tea maker, TV and was very quiet and fresh. ...
Cons (-) One very small problem with the room was that the bathtub plug did not function to stop water flowing out. I also found that the room a/c unit could not be programed to my preferred temperature, which is higher than the default cooling setting

Pros (+) Clean rooms, nice free breakfast. Only downside was when we called the front desk for pillows and a toothbrush, they made us come down to the front desk to get them. In my past experiences, I have usually received items directly to the room. To me, this exhibited some laziness on the hotels staff's part
