Pros (+) Good location and good value for the money.
Cons (-) An earlier check in time would be a great benefit to me. I arrived a couple of hours early and could not check in till a couple of hours later.
Cons (-) The screening of guest. Sometimes you can't keep certain people and they ruin things for everyone.
Pros (+) Grounds and restaurant are really nice. Lobby area is very nice.
Cons (-) Room was in serious need of renovation. Old and worn with carpet sagging and other things in need of repair or remodel. Most of staff was very friendly. One person I spoke with before checking was too curt and almost rude. Other than that staff was great.

Pros (+) Clean comfortable spacious room. Great staff. The restaurant and cafe are also exceptional places to eat if you don’t feel like venturing out. For me the location is very good as well.
Cons (-) The Piccadilly is a great hotel but it is getting close to or in need of a renovation. Everything still works and looks Nice but it could use a facelift of sorts. When this happens the rates will increase accordingly I’m sure.
Pros (+) Beds and pillows are good the size of the room an the stefany the front desk lady is nice and helpful we go to Madera children's hospital every four months to take our daughter for check up she has cerebral palsy and it was cheap and good to stay here it was tech first time we enjoy. Thank you
Cons (-) It was a little bit noisy because there were motorcycle people that weekend and upstairs that were stepping here and there. Other thing you guys don't have elevator
Pros (+) I wasnt impressed at all. My stay was for work so i didnt need much more than a clean bed to sleep in and a place i could work in between meetings so it was good enough for that but it was far from impressive. It could have been cleaner the and staff could have been more customer service orinted.

Cons (-) When I got in my room, the sliding glass door was unlocked. The TV was fuzzy reception- to the point of giving me a headache.
