Easy to get to location wise. But I drove by it because I couldn't see the name due to all the foliage & the location of the sign.
The pantry idea is fantastic, it was well stocked and made access to easily forgotten items right at your fingertips. The free laundry was amazing. The idea of free movie rentals is also good, but the selection is a little thin.
ROACHES!!! There are flying roaches in the room yall. We were told that this is due to the construction behind the hotel, but still, that's inexcusable. Also, some of the finishes in the rooms look like they were D.I.Y.
It was on Galveston Island.
It wasn't as close to East Beach as I would have liked.
Closeness to seawall
The room wasn't clean well, there was a roach in the room, and when reported to the front desk the rep said oh I will make a note of that.
The kitchen and big closet
The roach that was crawling on my wife's arm while she slept one morning. We left a day early because of that.
I liked the kitchen in the room, cookies, proximity to I45
Smoking in all rooms.
Nice clean and quite room with full amenities, polite and professional staff and always eager to serve you specialy the manager Mr. Alii, I will go back again and stay with them.
Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen with pots, pans and dishes. Large fridge with ice maker. Stove top and dishwasher. Free laundry facilities. The manager very kind and helpful
The first night we were there it sounded like kids were playing football in the room above us but they finally went to bed about 9 and never heard them again
The picture you pictured of the queen suite was nothing like what we stayed in.
Nice pool. Good front desk staff.
Ask for two beds and Priceline booked a room immediately without giving me an option on other hotels. No housekeeping after the first night. Not satisfied. Will book direct for a while till I get the nerve to use Priceline again.
The location was close to lots of stores which made it especially easy to go buy things we needed.
I liked the kitchenett
Housekeeping only make rounds once a week. They did not have enough towels.
Full size fridge and nice kitchen accommodations.
Two roaches in our first room, and had to be transferred to another room. The second room had poor air conditioning, and the people above us were loud.
Friendly staff, amenities.
High price for the location. Hidden fees.
There was not a complementary breakfast in the morning, We could hear every word that our neighbors said at 7am when they were in the kitchen part of their room cooking breakfast. It was so bead I head that they had run out of creamer for their coffee.
way over priced for this hotel, services and location even on an express deal.
close to my sister-in-laws for HS graduation. Allowed pet.
Sheets on bed were stained & noisy at night! My wife & I will not stay there again. This is first hotel we have not been pleased with thur Priceline. Not sure we will use this for hotel accomodations again.
The location was decent. Within a couple of miles from the main strand in Galveston.
Almost to many to list. First of all beware if you have children and you book an 'Express Deal' thru Priceline. Our room was a single queen with no sofa. No hot water either day, maids never cleaned the room, and ice maker did not work. Stay elsewhere!!!
There was plenty of space in the rooms and bath. Very clean. Hotel was much nicer than I anticipated.
The view out the window was some type of steel storage yard but we new we were not on the beach and that was why it was so affordable.
Nice and quiet, and not to busy.I would stay again thanks.
No it was a good stay.
Does not have a hotel shuttle. Not near any food establishments. Small rooms. We had reserved 2 beds-- got there and didn't have but single bed-- an additional $45 per room for 2 beds.
The frontdesk lady was rude, she has no patien for question or any kind of services, she didn't know what is `customer services' means. Hotel location was very far from ocean, room small, dirty and smelly, price idos too high
This was the only option that we had for a wedding in Galveston. It was pretty pricey for a not so great location.
Not what I expected...no housekeeping which meant we had to go down the lobby and ask for towels trash bags and toilet tissue..thumbs up for the small gym laundry center and kichenette the room had...oh yeah loved the small pool. But I would never stay their anymore it was our first and last time
We were allowed to check in early which was nice but they didn't have the promised roll-away bed. By evening time the hotel was out of towels for which I am so glad we brought our own..lol. Other than that it is a good place to just keep your stuff and sleep. It was a short drive to the beach but coming back was always tough because of traffic. I feel we got our money's worth but with 2 adults and 3 children we really needed the extra bed.
Because of the kitchen in the suites there is no complimary breakfast. Although, it is advertised on their website. The movie gallerie that they speak of is about 50 dvd behind the counter that you could ask for. I think the customer service sucks because it is an individually owned hotel, that's how those hotels are usually. Location, not so great for the price. You would think it would be less since it's no-where near the seawall! Cleanliness: I must say, it was a very clean hotel. No complaints in this dept. The restroom was nice and clean, as well as the room and kitchen area. Another thing is that there is only one entrance and exit to the hotel, lots of traffic in and out.
No courtesy breakfast. When discussed with front desk clerk, he denied that it was advertised and argued about the fact.
Great place to stay. Good service. Very nice rooms. Quiet and Clean.
