Nice old hotel, in a great spot. Lots of charm Too much charm, pretty grimy, dated carpet and such. No bell hops staff just attentive enough to get by. And the rooms, for this area, are expensive.
We loved the scenic location, the history of the hotel, which is made evident everywhere, and the restful nature of the property. Food was good, too! Our room was a bit dark and could have used more lighting, and the bathroom could have used some TLC. The good parts outweighed this for us, though.
For the price, the place was very dingy. The rooms/hallways were very loud beginning around 6am on a Sunday morning. Room was so hot I couldn't sleep. Brunch was disappointing. Glad I had the experience of staying here, but definitely will not be back.
It appeared to be clean, however, the bathroom had a mildew/urine smell that really bothered me. Soap was complimentary, but the hotel didn't offer much else for courtesy (q tips, toothpaste, etc.).
It was amazing the beds are so comfortable and the breakfast was so good and the staff are so nice I would recommend it
We walked in and were greeted with a smile and friendly staff member. The whole weekend stay was wonderful. I am looking forward to coming back.
Asked for a 12 o'clock check out and was denied
The hotel has it all - courteous, friendly staff; clean, comfortable rooms; full, hot breakfast. We didn't make it to the pool, hot tub or fitness center, but I'm sure it would have just as welcoming as the rest of the hotel.
Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn & Suites is a very nice place to stay and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The Inn & Suites have been updated and have a very upscale feeling. Thank you! I needed to go home a day early and they told me I could cancel my second night stay without any problem. I didn't realize it needed to be done through Kayak. Although I appreciated being able to cool the room down quickly the Air Conditioning fan blower was very loud.
Friendly, helpful, delightful staff. Nice warm breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. Stay here!
nice large room and good breakfast. Friendly staff noisy children
We stayed for 3 days. Two adults/two children. Very nice hotel. Rooms were up-to-date and spacious. Our room was very clean - nothing out of place. Cleaning staff were very responsive. Breakfast staff were very professional and selection was good. No complaints about the bed or pillows either. Pool was too chilly to enjoy - even for kids.
Convenience with supporting staff!
great staff poor lighting in bathroom
Very clean, quiet and not far from Crystal Bridges. I would recommend this hotel.
Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great breakfast! Nothing
Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, and pretty good coffee. The waffles and eggs tasted funny, but still impressed with the number of choices for breakfast.
Family and I are moving to the area and didn't know a lot bout much. We got suggestions for places to eat, live, and bank. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were spacious, which comes in handy when you're traveling with two kids under the age of 5. The breakfast was...mediocre.
Jason (Yes, I noticed we had the same first name, LOL) at the front desk was extremely polite, happy, and let me know they were there if I needed anything at all. Check-in was super fast, he had the paperwork and key-cards ready to go. Just had to swipe my CC in case of incidentals (as is the norm). The room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, it was quiet and I got a great sleep. Had a mini-fridge & microwave which was nice as I could unload my travel cooler for the night to keep everything cold. TV had tons of channels. There was a pool I saw, but didn't use, however there were other guests enjoying it. Tub had good pressure and water was plenty hot! Bathroom was impeccably clean, which I give high praises for. They had a pretty good breakfast spread. Coffee, juice, milk, cereal, bread, bagels, english muffins, mini-donuts, scrambled eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, and make-your-own waffles with fresh berries for toppings. Had all the condiments too, butters, cream cheese, syrups, salsa, ketchup, etc, etc... Good location off Walnut close to the Interstate, just on the Rogers side. It's behind another hotel so you don't even hear any road traffic. There's a Red Robin in the front parking lot you could walk to, and many many other restaurants within a couple minute's drive. Plenty of parking around the hotel, well lit too. They have those luggage carts by the entrance if you have a bunch of stuff.
The shuttle driver Friday (10/31) afternoon was extremely rude upon picking us up at the parking lot to take us to the hotel. But every shuttle driver after him was nice and helpful. Also all other staff members we're welcoming and great.
Location was great, walking distance to everything. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our first room smelled of mildew and we were quickly given another room. Our second room smelled like someone had used our bathroom right before we entered. We thought that smell would go away. It did not.
Loved that it is right downtown and historical. Because of the Historical Preservation requirements, this hotel has changed very little. The staff members were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Price was steep (even with Priceline) for small unlevel room with sink in the bedroom, but worth being downtown. And everything's musty in the rainy season :-).
We requested a room with two double beds as there were three of us. When we checked in the did not have any rooms left with two double beds so for the same price we got two adjoining rooms one with a king one with a queen a sitting area with refrigerator microwave and jacuzzi! We were so excited!! It was just awesome!! We loved the breakfast and the staff were all so friendly! We watched the parade from a balcony and then went out for more fun The only problem was the day we were leaving they had a problem with the elevator but we survived the steps
Perfectly located in the middle of everything in downtown Eureka Speings. No need for a vehicle
Loved the history and especially the location. Perfect for what we were doing in Eureka Springs. Great food. Best onion rings on the planet. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The place does need a face lift. But loved the old style of luxury hotel that it is. Also it is clean.
Fabulous, friendly and accommodating staff; great location; luxurious yet FUN accommodations ; GREAT art work on display !
It's a really interesting hotel with lots of little touches that made the stay enjoyable. Location is an easy and beautiful walk to the south entrance of the Crystal Bridges Museum. We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant, the Hive.
I like the room the amenities. The staff did give me free cold bottles of water. When I got there after 4pm my room was not cleaned and I had to wait an hour and a half for them to get to my room. Second maintenance delivered a refrigerator that was suppose to work, but it didn't.
Everything was amazingly perfect. From the staff at the front desk. To an amazing room.
Modern. Not your run of the mill design. Different is good!
Did not seem very well maintained for a fairly new hotel. Also was not particularly clean-bench in hallway covered in food crumbs and trash, which housekeeping ignored. No bath soap provided and body wash dispenser in shower did not work. Request to have dispenser fixed/replaced and/or bath soap brought to room was not fulfilled. Disappointing experience for W brand and one of the most expensive hotels in area.
The only thing good I can say about the hotel is the location is convenient and easily assessable to the interstate.
An excellent hotel stay, a very clean & nice room, and reasonably priced. Easily walkable to downtown. The breakfast is great and is exactly what they say it is: a free real breakfast in an actual restaurant, not a quick bagel & coffee in a lobby. Plus, the folks were *extremely* pleasant. I'd highly recommend this one to anyone.
The bed wasn't comfortable. Firm spring/coil mattress. Whirlpool is in the middle of no where. No direct covered connection from premises to the whirlpool.
We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The best part is its proximity to downtown.
The room was very clean The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean
Room was smaller, more cramped then typical room in this price range.
Clean and reasonable
Location. Cleanliness. And staff were friendly and approachable Bed was hard as a rock and the ac unit in my room would randomly set itself to 80 and id wake up sweating
Exceeded my expectation in every way.
Hotel was kept clean, staff was very plesant and most interacted with us on a semi-personal / business level which made us feel more welcome. I hear the coffee was super, but don't drink coffee so cannot attest to that first hand. The price via Kayak was a deal however I would not stay here again if my trip was more than one night as the mattress was horrible. The bedding has a lot to be desired - all the people I talked to in our group said pretty much the same thing; uncomfortable, made the neck and back hurt. I do NOT have neck or back issues but did when I left after staying 4 nights.
We really liked the pool and game area. The staff was very friendly on all fronts. Our room was clean. This place is old school with a tasteful update. Value (for the most part) and convince to everything was a great plus. There should be a continental breakfast, but at least the coffee was free.
Friendly staff, good public spaces, great coffee. Too much furniture for two people to move around, undependable hot water. Location isn't horribly inconvenient but nothing is walkable and it,s ugly.
Hotel was very modern. The staff was extremely nice they went above and beyond, and the price was very reasonable
Comfortable Charged for breakfast
The location was good for us and the facility was really clean. Very good continental breakfast and the check in process was simple. The bed was extremely hard and the ice machine was not working.
Staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was perfectly acceptable Bed was terrible, probably the firmest mattress I have ever encountered, not only in hotels but in life in general
When we arrived Aaron took the time to speak with me about various kid friendly locations. He told me the history of the town and the very best restaurants that have the best prices and are kid/family friendly. It was a big help having a 2 year old. The hotel was clean in appearance as our room. The room did not smell like cigarettes like other hotels we have stayed in before. The pool was not open yet. I can understand why it was not open, but a sign would have been useful.
Decorated very modern and pretty. Easy to find and not far from down town.
Maid service did not make beds every day, just replaced towels and emptied trash. Very spacious except the hanging rack in the master bedroom left clothes hanging very nearly on the bed itself. Just pastries and fruit for breakfast, no hot eggs or sausage.
We feel we picked the best Inn. The location was in the center of town. It was simply beautiful! My kids enjoyed their stay there.
Comfortable beds, decent size room. Friendly staff. Clean. Enough towels. Easy to find, convenient location. Nice pool, including a shaded picnic and grill area--a pleasant and unusual amenity for most motels. Good selection of coffee was nice. Food choices limited; could have few more nutritious items--non-sugary yogurt, better bread or cereal. Oddly, only one small, water-bottle type container with milk. Given the number of people, including children, and cereal as a main breakfast item, they should have a better way to serve. Too few tables--just 3--making finding a place to sit a little awkward. Did meet a nice European couple this way--they invited me and my son to join them, making a plus from a negative.
Breakfast was amazing. Staff was wonderful and accommodating.
Clean, friendly and great location!
We enjoyed our stay very much !
The inn keepers Tom and Susan were excellent with providing ideas of places to see as this was our first time in Eureka Springs. The breakfasts were generous and a great variety. The Kingston Suite we stayed in was exceptional with our own private balcony that we were able to enjoy a bottle of wine while discussing our travels for the day. The Kingston Suite has a large two person Jacuzzi that was easy to use and a great treat. We have stayed in a lot of B & B s and this is now our favorite!
Very clean ...will stay again Lack of parking.... Out dated
Had a very clean room with everything working good.
Clean, Beds were comfortable. Great price. Friendly staff Breakfast a bit spartan.
The room was extremely clean, very low rate, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The friendly staff was also efficient and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The office staff gave us advice on restaurants and attractions and directions for finding them. Parking spaces were very narrow. An electrical outlet located more conveniently for plugging in a laptop would have been nice. We always carry an extension cord for such situations, so it didn't present a problem.
Easy check in and out with a comfortable stay. The little coffee station and business center are a great way to start the day.
Very clean and staff very friendly Air conditioner very loud.
Very Clean, Staff was very freindly, breakfast was great. water took a bit to get hot in the shower.

Everything was what a hotel should be.
Enjoyed my stay. Nothing.
I don't think I had a favorite, I loved it all. Nothing at all.
Nothing. In fact even though we stayed in the same town the following night we stayed in a different hotel because we were so unhappy at this one. Yes. Me and my wife did not get any sleep all night because we could hear cars passing by on the road next to the hotel as if the window was open. Also there was a bright light coming in the room all the way down the right side of the window.

Location There was a dog that bark for hours and the hotel had many reports and they waited forever to do something
This was one of the best Hamptons we have ever stayed in. Everything was great! The coffee in the lobby all the time was wonderful! Cookies too at nighttime. The staff from the front desk to the house keepers were courteous and professional. Excellent! Very busy street. Traffic was a little crazy.
Personnel, comfortable beds, cleanliness of hotel and breakfast area. Location of room was a bit noisey from road traffic.
The managers were SO FRIENDLY!! I felt like I was at home the moment we arrived. The room was lovely and the building was just so beautiful. Definitely a hidden gem in Eureka Springs. We WILL be staying again. There is nothing I could complain about. Every detail was perfect.
It was very unique and full of beautiful antiques. The setting was gorgeous and very relaxing. Not a thing!
