The location was good for being in the town.
The picture shown of the facility made it look like it was more in the woods/outdoors. The facility is actually right in the middle of Gatlinburg. Was hoping to be more away from the crowds.
Bed was very comfortable, bathtub was huge.
On our 3rd night there was no where for me to park. Then I got jammed into a spot and they had someone park behind me. And I couldn’t get out.
The location was good, considering we didn't realize that most of the attractions in the area was in Pigeon Forge, not Gatlinburg. We enjoyed walking to several of the downtown attractions and nightclubs, though! Breakfast wasn't stellar by any means, but considering it was free, it wasn't bad. The staff was kind and helpful when needed.
There's not really anything that stuck out as being bad with the hotel. It was our first time in Gatlinburg and we will definitely be back! We can't really say that there was anything that we didn't like.
Would have liked to see some fruit and maybe a breakfast meat on the buffet, but overall, its was good.
we enjoyed our stay and the location was great. really close-walking distance- to all the stuff we wanted to do in Gatlinburg.
Easy access to everything.
Parking was limited, and very tight for pickup trucks!!
The Crossroads Inn and Suites is an incredible place to stay at in Gatlinburg; this hotel is located right in the Great Smoky Mountains and there is so much to do including lots of great hikes in this stunning area. There are also plenty of great amenities within the hotel including the pool – this pool is a great place for parents to take the kids if they have a little more energy, or you can work on your tan on the sundeck. There are other water elements as well, they are perfect for the kids to run around in. There is a free hot breakfast on site and you can also enjoy the fitness center – this place is perfect to stay on your routine despite being on vacation.
The rooms at the Crossroads Inn and Suites include the two queen beds, one king bed, one king bed jacuzzi suite, king bed loft suite, and the two bedroom apartment suite. There are also options in other rooms to have a jacuzzi and a fireplace – or both. All of the rooms are especially spacious and have great view of either the pool or the beautiful countryside. There are also flat panel televisions in the rooms that have access to hundreds of channels.
Staying at the Crossroads Inn and Suites is a fantastic way to spend time with the family in a beautiful mountain setting. There are a lot of different activities to do and the hotel is a great place to strengthen those bonds.
