Cons (-) Trash truck pick up at 7:00am both mornings. I guess that’s not real the motels fault. Curtains over the windows blinds to cut back the lights coming in at night

Cons (-) Pictures posted online portray this place as newly renovated and clean. Very outdated. Carpet had not been cleaned or shampooed maybe since it opened in the 60s. Tom was very rude about me parking in the No Parking Zone after the front desk told me to park there because there are more rooms than parking spaces. Also advertise free “continental” breakfast!!! Cons (-) Booked in advance and they dropped my reservation because of insufficient funds even though it was a pay when get there plan. Very disappointed in that, was looking forward to a nice vacation but it was ruined
Pros (+) I liked the location. Easy access to downtown activities,car travel is not easy in Gatlinburg during tourist season, so it's easier to walk.
Cons (-) The driveway was blocked with pedestrians every time we attempted to come and go, there were people playing music and crowds gathered around, not offering to move so we could park. Again we waited. That's mainly all I did on this trip is wait in traffic. I won't be back to Gatlinburg.
Pros (+) It was clean and comfortable. Will get again for the location didn't spend much time there on the strip most of the time
Cons (-) The only downfall was our balcony was in a hole between two buildings and had the view of a concrete wall about 10 ft across from us
