Pros:The only real plus side was hot breakfast and the fact that they had nice pillows.
Cons:The first night there we found spiders and bugs in the room. The chair in the room was all stained and needed to clean along with the flooring in the room. The bed was awful and very uncomfortable. the overall aroma of the room was very musty and was very hard to tolerate. The pool was indoors and in the shade making the pool water very cold. It was 95° outside and The pool was practically unusable.
Pros:Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was huge. It was generally clean.
Cons:Dropping a "No Smoking" card on the desk does not change a smoking room into a non-smoking room. Hotel did not tell me that they could not honor my non-smoking room request. I am allergic to tobacco, so this could have been a bigger problem. Shower curtain smelled of mildew. Air conditioner was too small to cool the entire room, meaning that one side of the bed was freezing while the other was sweltering. There was only one nightstand. Furniture appeared worn and moisture damaged. Safe was inoperable.
