Pros. Denver is a big, very spread out city. Downtown core hotels are few in number and are very high priced. A car or taxi is required for nearly all lodging.
Cons. No public transit linkage to anything.

Cons. room stunk, linen was tattered, bathrooms not very clean, did not allow check-in an hour earlier.
Pros. I thought this place would be priced reasonable, but the cost was more than worth it for one night!!!
Cons. Bathroom smelled like urine, room was dirty, kitchen was dirty, carpets and wall dirty. Bed was like sleeping on logs and the pillows had feathers sticking through giving me a rash. Not to mention the sketchy people lurking around. I wasn't allowed to check in before my event started. I had to wait until after my event and then I was stuck with a room way on top floor. I could smell cigarettes and marijuana!!! Drunk people stumbling everywhere!! Guest service at night was rude and printer was broken in morning I couldn't get my reciept. So disappointed!! I paid $114 for 1/2 the night to sleep bad, scared to take a shower, because it was filthy and told it was the only room left. I was tired and screwed. I will attempt to get my money back!!
