Very clean has nice indoor pool. With all the story about Mexico you feel very safe here nice location Stay here for 6 years at Christmas and never had anything to say bad about this hotel.
Overall great hotel
Very nice hotel. Have got better rates from you service before on line. They had not clean the bathroom when we check in. Trash can was very nasty.
Most impressed with personnel ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠. Their customer service was impeccable!!!! The bathtub drain was extremely slow. (a young man was sent to deal with it.) I had to sent him back because we were pressed with time to meet our fellowship. It was not fixed. The ceiling above the toilet has an eyesore stain that's distasteful.
Good Experience in a foreign country. Felt safe...quiet hotel.
I stay in a lot of different hotel in the U.S. and this hotel is just as nice as the ones in California. It's nicely connected to the mall which makes it convinent and safe to go to the movies and food court in the mall. Close to the airport and you need to use your hotel key to use the elevator. Keeping unauthorized people out.
No first time staying at this Fiesta Inn Hotel at Torreon, it is a nice, friendly hotel just next to Galeria Mall excellent while you doing business trip. Breakfast included, free Internet, free shuttle to the airport, comfortable, bright and clean rooms.
HOTEL IS CLEAN AND 5 MINUTES FROM AIRPORT PERFECT FOR THE BUSINESS TRAVELER. RIGHT AT THE MALL GALERIAS IF YOU WANT TO DO ANY SHOPPING.
Hotel was centally located. Itwas clean and breakfast delicious. Restaurants & shopping next door. Recommend it to anyone. Personnel friendly &helpful. They did a good job.
The hotel is centrally located near shopping and numerous restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff is very helpful, however, they speak limited English.
The Holiday Inn Express in Torreon, Coah. Mexico was outstanding. The hotel including the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Torreon. It is close to shopping and restaurants. We did have one small problem. Seems the air ventilation system in each room is connected somehow and one of our neighbors was... well lets just say they had stomach problems. The smell traveled to our room once but was not a problem once we sprayed some perfume and let the A/C run a bit.
Room distribution and amenities, kitchenette, two room areas each with it's own TV, adecquate for my wife and kids. Would do nicely also as a business hotel. We had an included breakfast wich was a buffet with choices of fruit, eggs, some mexican recipes, cereal, bread and drinks. We had to have lunch there the first day because of time limitations. The restaurant has very limited choices in the menu a-la-carte. My 8 year old did not like the Fettucini Alfredo, which I tasted and agree with my kid completely. Other selections where just OK. I recommend dinning elswhere, except for breakfast wich was good. The room had a fridge wich was set to off with the thermostat dial. Didn't notice until the next day. We had put some things in it and they weren't cold. The air conditioner didn't seem to operate well, it never cooled the room below 24 or 23 C. Finally, I did not like the location of the hotel, unless you plan to go shopping since it is right next to a mall. Also next to a Peter Piper Pizza and another restaurant.
