Pros. The daytime staff was pleasant and eager to help. The room was quiet, no noise could be heard from other tenants.. The view and location on the Missouri River is excellent with a nice walking trail along river and walking access to restaurants
Cons. Our bed was very uncomfortable. It was new and the plastic was still on the mattress, which made for us sweating and sticking to the bed. We were in the smoking area and the smell was strong The express breakfast was coffee and a very few snacks with no designated area for relaxation (located in entryway of hotel) Very poor selection in vending machines I was disappointed in the overall condition (maintenance) of the hotel for its age. It could be so much better,
