Pros: The workers were all polite and helpful. Kudos to the morning breakfast lady. We could tell she takes pride in her work.
Pros: great breakfast choice and the lady that checked us in was really nice pool was great, not handicap available
Cons: main light over sink in bathroom was out other light had a fan that was noisey room smelled mildowy shower did not drain needed lots of caulking done in bathroom no heat lamp in bathroom no cart to help you unload stuff no railing at the steps
Pros: Great for the price. Clean room, good breakfast, and very pleasant staff.
Cons: No on site gym, but they give gym vouchers to the local Y, which was great.
Pros: The staff was super nice. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
Cons: The lobby decor is very tacky. Nothing matches. There were bad artificial Spring flowers stuck in the artificial plants. There were felt Easter decorations hung around. The little dirty fish aquarium didn't help much either. Not a good first impression.
Pros: Price for quality was excellent.
Cons: Furniture in room should be updated.
Pros: Very clean and helpful staff!
Pros: Clean, nicely appointed, comfortable beds, great experience
Pros: Close to the park where e have the horseshoe tournament
Cons: Breakfast was awful. Watery eggs, no bacon, only microwaved sausage. No plain bagels, had raisins in them, yuck! Need better variety and better quality.
Pros: Staff was very nice.
Pros: Nice room, clean.
Cons: Only 2 floors but, no elevator.
Pros: Great breakfast bar & staff working was very helpfull!! All tables was kept neat & clean.
Cons: Entery doors outside did not open east with with room key
Pros: The ac unit wasn't working properly. The bathroom sink leaked on the floor. The whole hotel needs a facelift
Cons: The room I reserved was supposed to have a mini fridge and microwave . The room I recieved had neither . And none were available
Pros: Price was good.
Cons: The price went up 14.00 per night and the bath room was not properly cleaned. Dirty wash clothes were left in the bathtub. I Will most likeey not stay there again.
The hotel appeared abandoned empty parking lot with only half lit 80s neon lighting outside.the restaurant/ bar the hotel advertises on their website - isn't there anymore - false advertisement! My room stunk , there was dirty wash clothes in my shower, dust on shelves, it looked like I went back to the 80s with pink walls, unattractive bed spreads with linen that is outdated so much they are thinned out in areas, yellowed towels and pillow cases that had make up marks on them. This seriously looked like a hotel you would rent in the ghetto for--- a night not--- a night. I searches for bedbugs and felt dirty sleeping there. I will never stay here again. It's not by any restaurants you have to drive across town, has old TVs, only one of our 3 rooms had a microwave even, no linen bags, an alarm clock the size of the night stand that didn't work, stained up chairs, peelings paint in the bathroom as well as stains all over the walls. So disgusting! I found change on the floor by a bed when I first got there so that tells you how well the floors were swept too!! Don't stay here! Spend the extra 20$ a night to stay at the best western.
Cons: The hotel is old, has no real amenities, staff was minimal, they used old room keys and was around nothing- bad location.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY ARE IN DENIAL!!!!
Pros: We booked this hotel room because we wanted to experience some local flavor...this was our third year to Greenville, Ohio. At first, everything seemed alright, but then I woke up to a bed bug on the nightstand next to me. My husband grabbed it in a tissue
Cons: But the bug jumped out of the tissue when he tried to take it to the front desk, and they did NOTHING to help us out. The management was rude, at best, I would NOT recommend stating here...
Would not stay here again. Too far away from anything to take a nice walk. In the middle of industrial area. Placed in the wrong room initially and it took some talking to get the right type. We left early.
Pros: Breakfast provided. Attached restaurant.
Cons: When we arrived we were placed in a double room. We had to go back to the desk and point out that we had reserved a queen size bed room with refrig and microwave. They moved us. Hotel was still far away from anything - i.e. no walking distance.
Overall, an okay place. I'm not sure whether I would rate it two stars or two and a half, but I certainly would not argue with two and a half. It's in a rather quiet, out of the way place. There is a restaurant right next to it that is closed. However, there are many places to eat and shop just a mile or two away. I would stay there again. I did see a lady come out of a room down the hall with two small dogs on leashes, so this is apparently permitted in some rooms.
Pros: Nice staff, very clean room. The room was not in the luxury class, but actually pretty nice.
Cons: Some people came to their room at 1:30 am, and were quite noisy for 20 minutes. No one mans the front desk from midnight until 5 am, so no help. The tub was made of plastic, and seemed a little flexible, but it was fine. No serious problems.
