Pros: Asked for a 8:00am wake up call due to important meeting needed to attend. The lady the night before took request. But no wake up call. The next day I was just given the "well it's not on the paper." Response. They should realize they are depended on and their poor customer service could affect someone's life. Like missing the job interview

Pros: The locality was excellent. We were visiting my sister in a nursing home and she was less than 5 miles away so it was perfect! We checked in at 3:30 a.m. and the front desk person was very friendly.
Cons: At 3:30 a.m. discovered my sheets were shredded at the top near my shoulders....next morning we slept in until 10 and didn't leave until 11:30 on our return at around 5 p.m. our room still hadn't been cleaned and we had to request clean towels. Next day same thing...we left around 11 and on our return at around 5 p.m. our rooms still hadn't been cleaned and we had 2 days worth of piled towels and trash. Apparently the housekeeping staff and manager said our do not disturb sign was on all day so our rooms weren't cleaned. The only day it was put on to our knowledge was the 1st morning and it was removed when we left at 10:30. The next day housekeeping knocked on our door and we told them we would be leaving within 1/2 hour and they said they would be back. Don't think they would have knocked if the sign was on the door!!!! Very unhappy with the service & the only offer for compensation was bonus points because we had booked it through a 3rd party company. That is just poor!!
Cons: I purchase a multiple day stay which I needed flexibility with. I've vowed to NEVER use priceline because once they get your money there's no changing things.
I was staying here because my father passed unexpectly and I didn't know how long I need to stay. I was able to leave sooner than I expected and when I tried to shorten my stay, low and behold it seems that some how, not only did I not have a flexible option but some how the reservation ended up being through Priceline. So now, I vow never to use either one of you! >:(
Pros: Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was exactly what we were looking for.
Cons: we had to change rooms due to our bathtub was painted and peeling while I tried to take a bath. He second room was worse, when we first walked in the smell of paint was nauseous and gave us a headache. They only gave us points for this experience.

Cons: The room wasn't as clean as hotel rooms usually are. Very weird dorm like decor, and the ceiling fan didn't work, nor did the ac control box on the wall, we had to use the window unit itself. Room was musty and felt gross.
Pros: The rooms were large. The beds very comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Pool was good sized and the putting green was a nice feature. The decor was much nicer than I've ever seen at a hotel in this price range.

Cons: The room (223) reeked of insecticide -as though it had just been heavily sprayed. The Television was difficult to operate properly. Sweetener and stir sticks were missing from the coffee machine.
Pros: This Holiday Inn has the best pillows!! I also really appreciate the little facial cleaner that you provide. I like the hours that you have breakfast time.
Cons: The decor is rather bland. You either need more paintings, or plants, maybe brighter paint for walls.
Pros: Good breakfast. Friendly front desk personnel. Easily accessible rooms. Night time security. Great bath products unlike most hotels.
Cons: Could not open window at all for fresh air and room temp was hard to get comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold.
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and offered several extra perks, like free pancakes from 8 or 9 until midnight. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my stay was wonderful.
Cons: My grandkids found 2 partially full bottles of sports drinks, some body wash, and a quarter under the beds. If they'd been toddlers, that could've been very bad.

Pros: I like the security of the building. You had to use your key card to access the interior rooms. Also, the front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean; which was the important feature to us as we were only staying one night for a wedding we were attending.
Cons: Although it posted EVERYWHERE that it was non-smoking the hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke! The room itself did not smell of smoke BUT the towels in the bathroom did. Maybe because they are stored in the hall? Hmmm.....
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was nice. The front desk employees were courteous and very helpful! They assigned us to a second story room, when i told them my i was traveling with my handicap grandpa they immediately changed the room to the first floor (there are no elevators in the hotel).
Cons: The room smelled and lacked cleanliness. There were spots on the comforter and what appeared to be mold in the bathroom. The toilet handle was broken which made it difficult to flush the toilet.. Also, getting hot water in the shower was a bit tricky!
