Very close to GRU airport. Free shuttle ran frequently; about every 20 minutes. Great fitness center and pool area. Wonderful Business Center.
I travel for business. This hotel is convenient to the airport and has a shuttle service. Makes it easy if traveling in from the US. Staff is very helpful. Only downside is you have to travel via taxi everywhere in Sao Paulo. Really nothing around.
Nobody knows where it is, took us an hour to find it, there is no signage anywhere in the airport we could find. It is after customs so we had to check in our luggage...and toiletries, clothing, etc., before going itno the hotel, most inconvenient. Would not stay there again. The staff really did not care about all the troubles and what was suppossed to be worry free ended up being a big mess. Would not recommed this to anyone.

It's easy, because it is inside the airport. The room is very small. The cell phone get no signal inside the rooms.
it is a travel hotel in the sao paulo airport...clean showers and rooms....well worth it...the airport is burtally spartan...with very little food choices....best to sleep the long layover and get up and go...bring ear plugs and a towel..... the walls are not sound insulated...anyone walking in the hall can wake the light sleeper....
Room is extremely small, no chance to turn air condition off.

Unbeatable location for overnight flight connections, spotless guest rooms and bathrooms, hardworking staff, efficient use of limited space, bunk beds, unique (and fun) experience. The rooms were the size of walk-in closets; OK for one person, too cramped for two. Definitely not for the claustrophobic. Hotel didn't recognize my second night's reservation through Booking.com, though we were fortunate that they had an available room anyway.

Fast and no travel - internet worked well. Staff said they would call me and did not - almost missed my flight. You need an automated system so customers can be sure they will get called.
