Pros: Food was excellent, staff were very nice. Wifi was excellent. Excellent value for the price. Very clean.
Cons: Was hoping to relax in thermal spa close by. It has been closed for 3 years.
6.3 Good
Pros: The restaurant.
Cons: Cold room, closet without a shelf, mold in every corner of the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hard working Maria who never stopped.
Cons: Just a little off our Camino walking route but would be perfect for cyclists doing the Camino
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Not a bad hotel and good deal just along the Camino Del Norte! Staff was awesome!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The restaurant staff were very helpful, despite my very poor attempts to communicate in spanish. MThere is nothing really going for this hotel other than it is the only one in the area. So, unless you have to stay in Guitiriz, I wouldn't recommend it.
Cons: At one o'clock in the morning a number of loud fireworks were set off, followed by loud music (very loud). At first I thought it was noisy neighbours, but after half an hour, completely unable to get back to sleep, I looked out of the window and the noise was coming from the hotel itself. When I went down to see, there was a party taking place. I complained to the hotel staff and managed to persuade them to have a change of room to the front of the building. Although quieter, it was still possible to hear music until after three o'clock.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We took a break from hiking the Camino Del Norte and picked the Parador as a location for a rest day. The hotel, grounds, restaurant and employees were all excellent! The front desk clerks were extremely helpful as was the cleaning staff. All were very nice and friendly. My wife and I had the Pilgrims Menu for lunch at the restaurant in the Tower. The food was first class and absolutely delicious. The Chef, Angel Campos, came out to the dining room and met us, asking about our Camino. We learned he has walked several Caminos himself. We also learned that Angel’s son was our waiter. We were fortunate to have both of them helping and serving us the meal! We can’t say enough good things about the Parador!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place to spend a rainy rest day along the Camino. Very spacious, I was able to spread out across several salons and settings.
Cons: Lumpy bed, poor lighting in the room and over-bright lighting in the restaurant. Attention to detail for a Parador was poor. It would take very little effort and cost nothing to simply straighten the light shades.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suberb hotel. Rooms, public areas , restaurant and staff. Anyone wishing to learn how to manage a first class hotel should both stay here and work here to learn how.
