Cons. Reserved and paid for room but when checking in was told they were sold out of rooms and I couldn’t get a refund until the manager was there. Manager only at that location Monday thru Friday. My event took place after hours on Friday. Had to sleep in my vehicle because lack of money. Can only hope I get refund this morning

Pros. People fighting an arguing all night slamming doors. Room I requested wasn't available. Waiting in line to check in for over 30 minutes. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone

When I arrived the front desk was closed due to construction, the employee advised me I had to pay cash for the room which was not an issue however she was not able to give me a receipt because the printer and computers were not working at the time. Then I got a charge on my credit card today 5/24 for the room. I tried to call the hotel and was hung up on and now the line is busy and I can not get through for the past couple hours. The pool was green with garbage floating in it. There were obviously people living in the hotel, it did not feel safe. Many groups loitering around.
Pros. Not one thing did I like! Our door knob fell off the door so we had to climb out the window. No amenities in the room at all including towels. There was a hole in the door going to the bathroom. There was a hole in the floor in the bathroom. They told me at check in they could not accept credit or debit cards so I had to go find an ATM to get cash. The people next to us were noisy and even after multiple calls to the front desk they did nothing so I handled it myself. They were rude. The smelled of mold and roaches were every where. Had it not been so late at night when we arrived and had I not needed to be up early the next morning I would have demanded a refund and found another place to stay. I WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!!
