I hated literally everything about this rentalCons:
When I select a specific airport I do not expect the reservation to be switched to a satellite rental office 30 minutes away from the airport and then be told by your customer service that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Time, effort, money, and stress added to travel is not something that is needed. In the event I consider using your services again I’ve requested friends to brain me with a heavy object. This state would be preferable to trying to the nonsense I experienced.8.4 Very good

Booked a car and the store it was book at is temporaryly closed...my personal car broke down in the parking lot and the closest store refused to come to me.(gasden) I had to walk 6 miles to penske to finally get a rental costing me 3 times as much since I needed a car not a 16ft box truck. Overall a horibel experiance. I started a curior buissness this week, this was my first trip. I planed on useing enterprise on a weekly basis....based on the service i was provided then left on the side of the road and making my first trip with my new company a nightmare and costing me money when I should have walked away with a lucrative couple of days I wouldent suggest nor recomend enterprise for any occation. I was jerked around...blown off....then treated like I was a nucense. Mistakes happen but this goes far beyond a mistake this is complete disapointment5.6 Fair

Only good part was the ease of reserving through kayak.Cons:
The local office failed to inform me of all the extra money I would need and were wanting to charge almost double for just the rental. I got to the office and was completely surprised when I would have to pay $193 plus $200 deposit for a $127 rental. Needless to say they ruined my weekend and I missed my best friends wedding.Avis

The only positive was I didn't have to wait to present my ID and form of payment.Cons:
After making a reservation, no car was available at the location I specified. They ask if I would mind driving 30 minutes away, to the airport, to pick one up. I was finally able to get the car I reserved by driving to another location anyway. Fortunately, it was only about 3 miles away.2.0 Poor

I booked a car rental about 4 1/2 months out for trip to texas and not only was my rental was not ready but they informed us that thy did not carry this vehicle that we booked. It would have made sense to notify us sooner than to come to bubget the day of trying to obtain the vehicle and being told that we don't carry this type of vehicle . If i knew sooner then there's no foul, but to wait until the last minute to inform us is bad business.5.2 Fair

I arrived to pick up my car and was informed that they had no reservation for me. The insurance I purchased I was charged for. But the reservation charge never went through. I ended up having to just book another car from a different provider across town.2.0 Poor
